Thanks for inquiring about the Jordan Creek Crossing Event Center at the Hilton Garden Inn WDM. We can help with rehearsal dinners. Wedding ceremonies or receptions, gift openings or breakfast the next day.
Our Sequoia Ballroom is 5600 sq ft and can accommodate up to 400 guests. There is no room rental charge but all food and beverages would need to be ordered through us. We have a complete catering menu and all food is prepared here on property.
We have a private bar and/ or portable bars available for your reception.
Included with reserving the ballroom is a brides room for easy access to get ready or store things for your wedding throughout the day.
We do have two smaller rooms each 1500 sq ft that can accommodate rehearsal dinners or gift openings. Also have outside patio areas available for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions weather permitted.
We have 176 guest rooms on property and would love to hold a courtesy block of rooms for your guests. We can put in a block of rooms for your guests to call in and make their reservations directly at the hotel or we can provide a reservation link so they can reserve directly online. This block would be available to reserve up until 3 weeks prior to your wedding based on availability.
We make planning easy and will sit down with you prior to your wedding to go over all details of food and beverages, floor design, timeline and vendor info.

working with Fay and Marsha the sales and event planners at this location made our day fantastic. they were always willing to help us tweak any detail and allowed us much flexibility other venues would not. Ultimately this is why we choose to go with Hilton Garden Inn WDM. Our wedding was gorgeous and affordable compared to other metro locations for larger weddings. The best part is Hilton did all the heavy lifting when it came to reception set up and clean up ( all tables and chairs were in place and set up at 6 am the day of the event). Overall i can't say enough for this venue and more so the staff that made our wedding reception fantastic.Sent on 05/14/2016
