Hill's Kitchen is a professional catering company located in Park City, Utah. This family-owned business is helmed by Brooks Kirchheimer, a local restaurateur and entrepreneur. After the success of their first restaurant Hearth and Hill, they decided to expand into catering, and Hill's Kitchen was born. Since opening in March 2022, their team has provided many couples with delicious cuisine and memorable experiences on their special day.

Wow! Best wedding dinner ever!

We had the best experience with Hills! They were amazing and everything was perfect. We still get people telling us “I think about the food at your wedding on a weekly basis” and it’s been over 3 months.

Great experience!

Hearth and Hill/Hill's Kitchen catered our wedding and we had such a positive experience! Their catering staff was so helpful with planning our menu around our budget, and the day of they exceeded all of our expectations. The food was delicious, each on site staff member was kind and helpful and we had an overall great experience. Highly recommend for your upcoming event!

Big Wedding

We had a big wedding (250) guests. They worked with us on a short timeline, and customized our food preferences. We wanted chinese/Vietnamese food, so they even made us a traditional Vietnamese wedding soup (crab soup), based on a recipe we shared with them. They did say they’ve never catered for this amount of people so they didn’t have enough catering dishes, utensils, glassware, and we did have to order from diamond to accommodate (~$5000) extra. Ultimately, I want to thank them for their responsiveness and professionalism. Use Hill’s kitchen. They will go above and beyond for you.

Stef's energy, experience, passion, and attention to detail make her a natural for producing successful events. A 10-year veteran of the service industry, Stef completed her education on the East Coast and moved to Park City in 2015 from Pennsylvania. After working at a few of the town's top restaurants, in 2021, she joined Hearth and Hill, the first restaurant of Leave Room for Dessert Eateries. When catering expanded in 2022 with the opening of Hill's Kitchen, she was promoted to be the group's Event & Catering Manager.

Alvaro, one of the area’s foremost catering chefs, joined Hill’s Kitchen from Sundance Resort, where he served as Banquet Chef for 12 years, following seven years as a line cook.

Executive Pastry Chef

Jessie Rae is the founding Pastry Chef at Hearth and Hill, and was promoted to her Leave Room for Dessert Eateries role upon its formation in 2021. She is based at Hill’s Kitchen, where you can watch her create irresistible pastries, desserts and other goodies. Jessie Rae, a Canadian, honed her skills at Montage Deer Valley, Stein Eriksen Lodge, Deer Valley Resort and Sundance Resorts, as well as Alaska’s The Saltry.
