Heritage Hall was a fantastic venue! They were very accommodating with menu requests (they were even able to provide the raspberry vinaigrette dressing I asked for!). We were allowed in to decorate well over 24h before our event, and the event staff & bartenders were fantastic!

Because the hall was located under the Village Bowl bowling alley, I was a little concerned that there may be some noise carry-over from the bowling alley, but there was none at all!

The only thing you need to consider is that, by Village of Menomonee Falls order, all alcohol consumption needs to end at midnight.

Final verdict, they were great, if my husband & I had the choice to go back & rent anywhere else... we wouldn't. Heritage Hall was fantastic!

I had a vow renewal reception here July 10th. Everything was amazing! The staff is easy to work with and quick with responses. Chef Jack is awesome and very accommodating. The food was amazing and elegantly set up. All of my guest had a blast and I was very happy. Would have another event here and recommend to others. We used the Heritage Hall spacious and plentiful parking!

Perfect! It was budget friendly, everyone loved the food, and they were very accommodating. Purchased the decoration package and it looked wonderful; it was great too because we didn't have to take any of that down! Great location and great people! Thank you!!!

They have a really nice hall. We had our wedding and reception in the Heritage hall. The gentleman with who we booked the hall (Pete) keep in consistent communication up until the wedding. However, after the first day we met with him,  he was never there when we sampled the food or paid for the hall. I also had trouble getting an answer from him concerning when we could get in to decorate. We couldn't decorate until the day of, because they booked a wedding the day before ours (we booked on a Sunday because it was $300 cheaper).

Before the wedding and reception, everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything was set up nicely, except that there were not enough tables. I know for a fact that we said 10 tables of 7, but Pete wrote the order up for 5 tables of 10. The food was delicious, but there didn't seem to be enough, as some of our guests complained that the meat had run out. That was after numerous people DIDN'T  show up to our wedding, so there should have been more than enough.

The bartender was nice, although some of the guests said he wasn't. He showed concern for one of the guests who had to much to drink. He did, however, turn down our music around 8:00 (we had the hall reserved until midnight), even though no one asked him to do so. Also, prior to the wedding on the day of, the gentleman that spoke with us mentioned that there was going to be a political rally the day after, so there would be workers moving things into the hallway, but they wouldn't come into the hall. Well, around 9:00, most of our guests had left, so we started cleaning up. None of the staff checked with us to make sure we were done, and all the guys that were moving the equipment for the rally started moving things onto the dance floor. Again, we had the hall rented until midnight and no one checked with us before letting them in. Pete did show up for this party of the night, but still never spoke to us.

Overall, this is a good place for a budget wedding, but (if you can afford it) I would recommend having a wedding and/or reception elsewhere.
