Wendy catered our Stinson Beach Community Center wedding reception in October 2014 and the food and service were incredible. Throughout the planning process, Wendy was fun and easy to work. We really appreciated her ability to match our budget with a wide array of choices as well as organic and local options. The appetizers, dinner, berry cobbler, and late night cheese burgers were all a huge success. Our guests still talk about the high quality of the food and how exceptional the staff treated everyone. I should also note that Wendy was able to easily cater to the bride and guest's food sensitivities. Overall, our wedding night went as smooth as we could have imagined due to all the behind-the-scenes hard work of Wendy and her staff. We highly recommend Herbs and Spices catering for weddings and special events.

It is difficult to find enough glowing and marvelous words to describe the experience that we recently had with Herbs and Spices.

I asked Wendy to cater our wedding which grew from 80 to 140 guests over the course of a few months. Wendy did not bat an eye at any of the many changes or tiny details that I needed to review with her, over and over again.

We had a great deal of diversity in the guests. The guests included some of our parents society friends who are used to nothing but the best and do not like to stray too far from their comfort zone. We also had our friends in their mid 40's and 50's, many from the creative industries, who liked to try new and fun things with an emphasis on fresh and healthy. We wanted all the guests to feel comfortable, included and feel as if they belonged.

Wendy was able to come up with some food stations for the reception that accomplished this objective; and she and her team prepared the most delicious food our family and friends have ever eaten at a wedding. (Really! This is what so many of the guests said to us after the wedding).

The service and the presentation of the food was excellent, and we could not have asked for anything better nor wanted anything different.

And to top it off, Wendy accomplished this feat at a price point that no other caterer was able to even come close to. Truly amazing.

I would use Wendy and Herbs and Spices again in a heart beat.
In fact, I couldn't imagine ever not using her. I would schedule my next event around her availability; and that is saying quite a lot.

Wendy and her staff were AMAZING. The menu was superb and people are still raving about some of the dishes a year later. Despite pouring rain, the meal was BBQ'd to perfection (getting one staff member extremely wet). She was able to work with me and provide any food item I wanted.

The team also dealt with a pain-in-the-neck venue who told them they had to clean the bathrooms (which was no in our contract) but they did it anyhow without complaint.

This was instrumental in the success of the day.

Herbs & Spices is a fantastic caterer. Not only is the food delightful, it's also elegantly presented. Moreover, Wendy does a great job at walking a nervous bride through all the ropes of getting hitched and goes the extra mile to make sure you have all the rentals and other little items in place for the big day. She's very calm, which helps enormously when everyone else is stressed out of their minds.
