About Helen Sawden
I am a floral designer living and working on the beautiful Island of Bermuda. Originally from a country town in England my passion for anything floral began as a teenager.
My father who was an avid gardener and horticultural professional taught me the importance of the natural world around us. He sparked my joy and love of all things from the earth!
My childhood provided great inspiration, from the wild flowers in the garden to the endless horticultural books on our shelves! cultivating an appreciation for design. So it comes as no surprise I ended up turning this curiosity into a career.
My floral design career has taken me all over the world working with some of the most amazing florists and inspirational people from Jane Packer and Moyses Stevens in London’s busy streets producing installations at Buckingham Palace to teaching in a horticultural college in the garden of England. My previous clients include Gordon Ramsey Restaurants, The Waldorf Astoria, British Vogue and HRH The Prince of Wales.
My journey has continued to Bermuda where I found the most amazing flora and fauna you can imagine! Now living with my husband Paul and fur baby Hunter in paradise I have found true happiness and expanded my floral horizons.
Join me and lets make magical floral dreams come true!
Paul is a super organised attention to detail kind of person!
He is also a proffessional photographer and is invaluable as a creative eye.
Pauls love of design and astetics shows in everything he does whether its adjusting floral centre pieces or placing decor he takes the time to ensure everything is perfect. Calm and collected he is our port in a storm and the glue for our creative team!
With a love of nature and his natural surroundings Paul also plays a large part in growing our local foliage he truly has a green thumb which comes from his grandfathers love of gardening and growing.
