Ladies and gents,
Claire made this so so special for me! I am not an easy person to please when it comes to flowers. If you want super high quality flowers with exceptional craftsmanship, this is your florist. I was able to take them on the plane and kept them for an additional week after we got back home. After that, I pulled the bouquet apart to preserve it. As far as I am concerned, there is no other florist in Bermuda. My husband said Claire was fantastic to work with and was always quick to respond even during the busiest time of the year! I just wanted to reach out and thank you. My husband, surprised me with a vow renewal while we were visiting Bermuda, and you recreated my wedding bouquet. I absolutely loved it!

Then he told me he reached out to you around Mother’s Day, and I almost killed him. I have been a florist since I was 16 years old —since before we met —and he *KNOWS* how the holidays get. So I also apologize to you for his reaching out in the middle of the busiest holiday. Men, lol.

I also want to thank you because when we got married, I did all of my own flowers, every last bouquet, bout, corsage, centerpiece etc. I am a control freak when it comes to my flowers. Thank you for giving me the gift of being a bride who loves flowers and gets to see her bouquet for the first time. That is something that I have thought about, but never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be on the receiving end of. When I walked into your shop with my husband, I had no idea I would be getting a recreation of my wedding flowers. I thought he was just being sweet and was going to get me a cut bouquet. Seeing my flowers, I instantly recognized them and cried. I think your girls said they were going to tell you that I cried. ( I love it when my bride cries happy tears; it’s the ultimate compliment for me)

Working with Flowers by GIMI and their lead floral designer, Claire Bleeker, was an absolute dream. We met with Claire ahead of our wedding and she made the entire process so easy. She really listened to what we wanted and was always responsive and flexible, even with last-minute changes leading up to the big day. On the day itself, Gimi was incredibly professional and delivered our flowers fresh, beautifully arranged, and right on time. Everything turned out even better than we imagined — we couldn’t have asked for a better team!

We did our destination wedding in Bermuda and something I did not expect was how much we would love the flowers. I gave the team at Gimi an idea of what we wanted and they went above and beyond our expectations. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted, simple and elegant but didn't take away from the rest of my bridal look. I loved my bouquet so much I didn't want to put it down. Our ceremony flowers were also beautiful.
The highlight was the tablescape the team prepared. We walked into our dinner and everyone looked at the table and gasped. They laid out a variety of pink and white flowers in these elegant vases combined with some candles that really filled up the table and made it look like a cascade of flowers down the table, but not too many so everyone could still talk to each other.
Something else the team did that I know is not normal is use the ceremony flowers for additional decor at dinner and it meant so much because they truly went above and beyond.

Overall, the best thing the team did was take care of everything in a way where I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. Additionally, traveling for my wedding created a level of stress regarding communicating with vendors, and Flowers by Gimi relieved that stress with their professionalism and excellent communication.

I would recommend them for any wedding!

Having a destination wedding is stressful enough and I hoped to find vendors who made the whole process easy. Claire was absolutely incredible to work with when planning my wedding. I was able to give her my wedding colors and favorite flowers and she created incredible pieces. She was very responsive and open to any and all feedback and never pressured me to choose or include something I didn’t want which was such a relief with all of the stress that comes with wedding planning.
