Planning our wedding celebration took a lot of patience and flexibility. I found HDCC on The Wire and was so happy with Tierra’s preparedness and professionalism from our very first encounter. My husband and I moved to New York during our engagement and had to plan almost things from afar. I highly recommend Tierra and her team. She was always prompt with answering my questions and was just beyond helpful. Our wedding day we had to deal with moving our outdoor ceremony inside due to rain and they really helped this stressed out bride relax. The space was beautiful and all of my guests loved the atmosphere. If you are looking for an all inclusive venue please do yourself a favor and consider The Heather Downs Country Club!

Tierra at Heatherdowns CC was such a huge help making sure our day went perfectly! Whether it was answering our questions, bouncing around ideas, our putting together a ceremony set up that had never been done before, Tierra was always there to help! I cannot thank her and her team enough!

Having my daughter's wedding reception at Heather Downs Country Club was one of THE BEST decisions for a perfect wedding day! I knew the day we first toured the venue with Rayann (one year exactly to-the-date of the wedding) that it was the right place to celebrate. We had compared many venues, and I guarantee that you will not find a better VALUE, and especially so if you have your special occasion during one of the off-season golfing months! Everything was AMAZING. Rayann is very kind, patient, listens to your wants and needs, responds quickly to communicate, and tries to accommodate all your needs. She knows how important this day is for the bride and groom, and goes above and beyond to calm any stresses. We were able to get in the day before the wedding to decorate as we wanted to, and their staff is there also preparing for the special occasion. The employees are very friendly, and excited as well to see all of the ideas and decorations you want displayed. Rayann and her staff were completely ON POINT the day of the wedding and reception, they are there the entire time of the reception, and she keeps the night flowing with ease. Everyone was so friendly to us and our guests the entire evening! My daughter had a Fall wedding day (11/9/19) and the outdoor views were just beautiful!

You will be in awe at all of the selections you have to choose from for food and bar packages. The chef prepares everything from scratch, even sauces. They will also accommodate dietary restrictions at no-extra meal cost. We chose the Braised Roast Beef with Rosemary Garlic Sauce, Chicken Piccata with Lemon Sauce & Capers, Buttered Green Beans, Oven Brown Redskin Potatoes, and Greek Salad. The food was melt-in-your-mouth PHENOMENAL!! There was not a wedding cake for dessert - donuts and cupcakes were served and they were a HUGE HIT! The wonderful staff kept the desserts replenished for us - above and beyond what we could ask for! The wedding was a month ago, and we still have friends and family raving about the food and the venue! It is absolutely the best food we have ever had for a wedding reception (many others have told us that same thing too), and the largest bar selection we have seen as well. We truly could not have asked for a better reception venue - ambience, food, beautiful place and setting, decorations, staff, service - all incredible. You will make the right decision to have your wedding event here.

My husband and I got married in September 2019 outside at Heather Downs Country Club and then had our wedding reception there as well. Everything was just as we imagined it would be. Rayann was extremely helpful with every single detail. She communicated with all of our vendors to make sure that everything was running smoothly and everything was set up on time. Even with a thousand things going through my mind that day, Rayann and the entire staff made sure I had nothing to worry about. They took care of everything. The food was also amazing! All of our guests were raving about the food. Everything about our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The ceremony site and venue are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff was so helpful. We could not have picked a more perfect wedding venue! Highly recommend!

Heather Downs Country Club was one of the best choices we made! Rayann and her team truly put in all their effort to make sure your day is perfect. From setting up to tearing everything down, they were there to help with everything! They make sure your day is stress free and take care of you the whole day. From when we booked Heather Downs for our reception hall to the day of the wedding, they made sure to stay in contact with us and keep us up to date on everything. They were always a phone call or email away and they responded very quickly if we ever had any questions. Next, the food... the food was AMAZING! When we went for our food tasting, it was hard to chose because everything was delicious! We had guests weeks after our wedding telling us how amazing the food was. Nonetheless, the drinks, the food, and the staff are top notch! We really appreciate all the help from Heather Downs and would give them more than 5 stars if we could!

The venue is beautiful. They let me come in two days before to set up decorations so I wasn't stressed about doing that the day or day before the wedding. The staff was helpful, creative, and organized!

Ray Ann and team are excellent. Very responsive. No question is a dumb question. They demonstrate genuine interest in making your day just the way you want it. Very flexible with ideas and organized. Planning was a breeze working with Rayann and chef was flexible too. As an example, we wanted to combine a particular chicken dish but with a sauce from another dish and chef did it for us. Rayann even called us up to pick up a generous tasting to try at home. I highly recommend Rayann and the team at HDCC for anyone planning a wedding.

We wanted to celebrate with our family in a unique way but were unable to find any place in Toledo that could accommodate our party during the Christmas holiday. Luckily, we found Heather Downs Country Club. They planned everything with us in a day and worked with us while we were 3000 miles away in another state. We had a fantastic afternoon tea service for our reception that went so perfectly. The decorations were beyond what I had imagined! And of course, the staff was incredible. I could not have asked for a better place to share our celebration with our family. I highly recommend Heather Downs Country Club for your wedding reception.
