She was very professional in handling the details for our ceremony. She coordinated everything, including vows, processional, music, unity candle, prayers, recessional, placement, etc. She gave us sample vows to go by as we didn't make up our own. Her charges were MUCH more reasonable than most.

My only complaint was that she wore a name tag during the ceremony that said "Heart to Heart Weddings" and her name. She also was rude to my wedding party following the ceremony because they did not know where to go as people left the chapel. Overall she was great, just a little nit-picky.
