I was very happy and please with his service. I recently received my videos and i absolutely love them. Its memories ill have forever. He is very affordable with prices, i woud recomment him to all brides :) He is great!

Andy, of Hayes Media Group did an amazing job on our wedding video on May 21, 2011, the video turned out better than we ever imaged, we absolutely loved it!! Andy did such an amazing job at capturing every detail of our wedding and recapping every moment so that you get the full experience allowing us to re-live our wedding day and it gives those who were not at the wedding a sense that they were seeing it firsthand. We have enjoyed watching it and sharing it with friends and family, it never gets old. I can honestly say that every time I watch our wedding video I find myself smiling, crying and laughing just the same as I did when I watched the video for the first time.

Our wedding day was such a blur and went by sooooo fast that it’s hard to remember everything that took place and being able to watch our wedding video and truly experience our wedding day all over again is something that we will cherish forever.

Andy was such a pleasure to work with, his professionalism, dedication, and quality of work is over the top. I could not have asked for a better person to work with.

Andy did a FABULOUS job with my wedding video for an AMAZING price -- about 15% of the other videographers. He also brought a photographer with him, Debbie Moore, at no extra charge, which gave me a second photographer and she got some shots my main photographer didn't. He gave me all the raw video and then many copies of the edited video. He showed up on time and did a great job. Thanks!

HORRIBLE vendor

Everything leading up to 2 weeks before June would have garnered Andy Hayes excellent service.

I had signed a contract with Andy Hayes of Hayes Media Group near the beginning of my wedding planning and had paid a deposit for his services.

My wedding was to take place June 30, 2012 and 2 weeks before June he had called me and to make sure that everything was going accordingly and to make sure I had the songs for the editing of the wedding video. 1 week later, I received an email stating that he would not be able to video my wedding that would take place at the end of june due to health issues. I immediatelly called him to no avail, then texted and emailed him. Finally, the next day I got in contact with him and he never explained his situation or apologized for putting us in such a bind. He couldn't even refer me to another vendor. Mind you he only charged $150 for his services, any other videographer charged $1000 and up and now we would be outside our budget for vendor expenses. Needless to say, I was very upset.

I don't believe that he was sick and wouldn't be able to do his services that he stated he would do. There are no doctor appts on a Saturday a whole month before the wedding; unless he was having surgery which he did not say. I felt as though I was entitled to an explanation.

Also, I had recommended my friend to use his services and she's getting married in July, he didn't cancel with her. To make things worse, 1 week after this fiasco while i'm in the midst of finding a new vendor that same friend shared with me that she found a Craiglist listing his services for the wedding videography. I did check and saw this myself

Anyways, I received my deposit back and did eventually find a vendor but that was unecessary stress and I feel as though I was lied to.

I just want to warn ppl of his activities because I feel as though he didn't act very professional during the situation

Unfortunately, this is my only negative review for my wedding. The value would have been good, had we been able to use Andy. This is an FYI to anyone booking Andy who lives out of town/state. We booked him for our wedding in Raleigh NC, and he went to similarly named road in Oxord NC, about an hour away, and therefore did not make it to our wedding. When my coordinator got in touch with him, he said he would not be coming to capture the reception because he was tired from driving all day. Luckily our coordinator scrambled and got someone to cover the reception but the ceremony was the main reason why we wanted a videographer in the first place. We are really sad to have lost the opportunity to see a high quality video of our wedding.

I booked him about 8 months before my wedding. It seemed like he had good reviews. But after he received my deposit he no longer answered my emails. I sent a ton! Called him also few times. Finally week before wedding my husband talks to him to make sure he will be after seeing all his bad reviews. He did show up! But my husband was up all night worried that he wouldn't. His video/ photography was alright for price. But I regret going through him. I should have paid more and gone somewhere else. The constant worrying if we will have our wedding photographed or not was not worth his cheap price!! Brides don't play his game to see if or will not he show up! Book someone else!!

I understand that these reiews are supposed to come from the bride but because she is off on her amazing Honeymoon I decided I would take care of letting everyone know about Andrew Hayes. Yesterday my little sister married her best friend and had the most beautiful wedding in the world. My mother and my sister had a signed contract with Andrew weeks before the wedding. An hour before her ceremony Andrew called our hotel room and my oldest sister answered. Andrew was calling to very rudely inform us that he was "lost" and that the directions we gave him were wrong. Andrew was supposed to be coming from Columbia SC to Flat Rock NC. It is a straight shot up 26 to exit 53... How hard is that really. He cursed my sister on the phone and told her that he would not be coming.
As you can imagine our bride was very upset. As if she wasn't nervous and stressed enough he had to do this an HOUR before her ceremony was supposed to begin. (I see now that this seems to be a common stunt of Andrew's after reading other reviews.)
Everything worked out in the end and we found Brian (Who we call our LIFE SAVER) Brian from Special Moments Media was dropping his son off with a friend when i called him freaking out about our emergency. In 45 minutes Brian arrived and did an AMAZING job at making my sisters big day one that she will never forget.... Because she is going to have an awesome video!!!
Today my mom wrote Andrew an email letting him know how dissapointed she was in his non-existant services and that she expects her $150 deposit to be returned by the end of the week. Her email was never answered. She did however recieve a call from Andrew. He called from a Restricted number and proceeded to cuss at her and tell her that she would get her money back, yelled at her, and than hung up on her. Andrew is the most juvenile and unprofessional vendor. If this is what you are looking for then i highly reccomend. I hope that no more brides have the same experience that we had with him.
