Very unorganized and unprofessional

Here’s my honest review, which they’ve reported and had removed from Google so who knows how many other bad reviews they have. . I would never hire for a wedding. I was told to be patient and understanding because they’re busy and bribed to remove my review (the only way to get a refund). My daughter had a Santa mini 12/6, I chose a package with 3 photos and was charged for 3 photos. I received 1 photo and reached out 12/8 via email with no response, I sent a Facebook message 12/9 and got a response that they are busy and to give them 1-2 days. Nothing, I reached out via email and Facebook on 12/24 again requesting a refund since I didn’t get them before Christmas so no point. It is 12/28 and they read my message on 12/24 but will not respond or refund. Unfortunately they’ve become a company that cares more about money vs quality, even the photo session was not good and rushed. Sadly after using them for 3 years we will be moving on. I am requesting again a refund and maybe will get a response this route, so disappointed to expect Santa photos and paying for them to put on cards and getting pushed back due to them being too busy to give what I paid for.
To add to this, last year they wanted their business shared on social media and said they were giving a 8x10 if it was shared. I shared and didn’t receive the 8x10, i reached out and was told they’d add it to my order, I never received that from last year. I was hoping it was a one time issue but I now see they’re very unorganized and do not follow through.

Update:
For the record, I contacted them 12/8 & 12/9. My email on Christmas Eve was letting them know I no longer want the pictures and requested a refund, mistakes totally happen and I was not rude. I paid over $100 for the package and got 1 photo to share on cards, I hoped it would be an easy refund, I didn’t get any response to my 12/24 email until about 10 mins after I left this review asking me to remove it on 12/28
Instead of refunding and disregarding my request, they sent me 2 Santa pics ON 12/29 that I said I no longer needed. I replied and said I sent the email 12/24 saying I don’t want them and a refund due to not having them for Christmas, attached is their response telling me they won’t refund me until i take down the reviews and to contact them then. Mistakes happen, it’s ok if they did the right thing but now they are bribing me with money to remove this review. They can keep the over $100 (or $50 of what they were offering to refund due to their mistake). I will not be bribed to remove a review that may help others in the future and not expect them to do the right thing if a mistake happens. They refuse to do the right thing, word of mouth is everything with small businesses. I wish them the best in the future and truly wish that we didn’t miss out on photos 2 years in a row now which led to this review.
