We met a wonderful salesperson there named Ashley, who saw to every detail, and helped us to locate the perfect rings, she even requested additional jewelry be brought in from another store, until we found exactly what we were looking for. Ashley and the rest of the staff were always very courteous and friendly, and are genuinely trustworthy. We've visited every jewelry store in the area, but keep coming back to Harrie Ritchies because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere. They greet our boys by name and offer them their favorite lollipop and small bottles of water every time we go there, they really just make you feel like family! Their financing options are wonderful and the staff is very interested in making sure you have a fantastic experience. They even fixed my necklace (for free, I may add!) and it was done within 10 minutes. Harrie's definitely goes above and beyond in their efforts to make sure you are comfortable, well taken care of and happy.
