The food was all amazing! We had a three enter buffet served family style (I had a hard time finding a caterer who were serve this way and Glen said it was not a problem right away!) the price was more than reasonable and I appreciated the opportunity to have a tasting first. The linens, China, and cake sitting are all included and also coffee and tea for after dinner. The staff was very professional and they accommodated off-menu requests for a few guests on the spot (like plain pasta or no dressing on the salad). If I even need a caterer again I will definitely use them again!

Would absolutely use Hardy Catering for future services.

We used Hardy's for our wedding at Camp Kiwanee. We had a very limited budget so looking for a place that had good food in our price range that would be flexible on options was important to us. Hardy's came through for us in the end. At our food tastings there was a little bit of confusion the first time around where they didn't really serve us things that we were thinking of having. Maybe most brides/grooms would be ok with just knowing that the food was good and not trying the specific items was ok, but I am really picky with food and we went back for a 2nd tasting. A little bit of tude was had, but my dad cleared things up and things were good after that.

All of our guests raved about our steamship which everyone affectionately started calling "the dinosaur leg" because it was so large and awe inspiring. The sides were great and the service was excellent. It was nice to not have to worry about anything the day off. Everything went like clockwork.
