OUTDOOR WEDDING VENUE

Thank you for considering the historic Haight Home as a location for your event!

We choose to share the beauty of our gardens with those who love nature and the outdoors and who will respect our property as if it were their own. If you choose to use our property, you will be expected to comply with rules and guidelines to ensure that we can continue to allow its use. The rules will be considered part of the contract, so please read and understand them before deciding to commit to our contract. Failure to follow our rules and guidelines, will result in the forfeiture of a portion of or all of your damage deposit. Please request an email with these guidelines if you would like to see them!

Our list of rules and guidelines may seem extensive, but this is a historic home, not public property. We spend many hours working on it to make it a pleasurable place of beauty for your event. WE WOULD LOVE TO BOOK YOUR EVENT!

Rental Rates for Weddings/Receptions without alcohol - $900 refundable $250.00 damage and cleaning deposit. Weddings with alcohol- $1100 $250.00 refundable cleaning and damage deposit. We also offer many different packages please contact me with any questions.

**A valid credit card must be kept on file at the time of the event in the case of any damages or extra charges incurred that exceed the $250 deposit.

These rates include use of Historic Beauty and Historic Charmer rooms in the house to change for the bridal party, use of the Garage for bathroom access during the event, and use of the kitchen for food prep.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reserving your date (this amount goes towards your balance). The remaining balance must be paid in full two (2) weeks prior to date of event.

Other items included in our price are 100 white folding chairs, 10 round tables, 2 banquet tables, linens of 1 color (your choice of color) to cover round tables, and various benches found on the property. We also plant many flowering pots that are available for your use.

Additional tables, chairs, and linens are available for an additional fee as well as other items like lights, carpets, isle markers, plant stands, fountains, candelabras, trees, plants, flowers, beverage serving equipment, media devices, pillars/columns, canopies/tents, serving equipment, flatware, backdrops, arches, wedding access, and table tops/centerpieces.
