Elissa and Jess were awesome! Beautiful work! Very sweet and professional!

I had my makeup done at H2O for my engagement session. The makeup artist did a very good job at making sure I was pleased with my makeup before I left. My only issue was that the makeup artist did not know that I had an appointment (my appointment was made a week in advance), so she had to get someone else to bring all of the makeup. However, I was happy with the end product because it ended up looking gorgeous!

Christina and Hydie did my bridal hair and make-up (respectively) and I loved it! Laura made it easy to set up and schedule all of my bridesmaids and it was fun getting ready at the salon. However, we ran terribly behind schedule (an hour and a half late) which was stressful and made the rest of the day more difficult (didn't have time to get all the photos I wanted). I'm not sure if we had less stylists than were scheduled for us or what happened, but that is one thing I would definitely double and triple check once you work out a schedule - how do they expect to keep to it and what happens if someone is out.

When in salon, the owner is rude and yells at employees across the salon. I noticed a girl in tears after she spoke to them like an entitled brat.
