Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, Grazing Gouda Charcuterie provides unique catering services for wedding celebrations and other special events. Alexis Wingert, the founder, established the business in November 2020 after realizing she wanted to transform her hobby of entertaining into a fully-fledged career. Inspired by the feeling of community when people gather to share a meal, she focused her cuisine on the popular grazing food trend.

Absolutely Amazing!

Alexis put together the most AMAZING spread for our wedding this past Halloween. Every single person went back for seconds and thirds and there was still some food leftover. The board was very creative and tasty, and Alexis was extremely communicative and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommended Grazing Gouda!

Beautiful and unique displays!

I could not be more thrilled with our Grazing Gouda experiences -- her displays are so creative, delicious and fresh. Yes, we can all put some meat and cheese on a plate; but these trays are next level and it truly makes entertaining more enjoyable for me. One weekend I purchased the large tray and was able to portion it out for two small gatherings back to back (plus left overs!). Alexis is a true professional and MOST accommodating. She is also an excellent communicator and has very unique charcuterie options.

Wonderful!

WOW! The charcuterie cups we ordered for an event at Doane University were incredible. They were beautiful and so delicious! Alexis is extremely easy to work with and I’m looking forward to ordering from her & Grazing Gouda for my next event!

Can I give 10 stars? I ordered a large charcuterie board for a family birthday party and you can guess where everyone camped out all day...next to the charcuterie tray. Alexis had everything ready to go, looking PERFECT and everything was absolutely delicious. If you're trying to decide whether to go with Grazing Gouda JUST DO IT.

Fantastic!


I held a wedding shower with approximately 38 people and had contacted Grazing Gouda to provide trays and possibly give a demonstration on how to make the trays. Alexis did a fabulous job!!! The guests truly enjoyed her demonstration and fell in love with the lovely trays she made. Not to mention they were delicious! My guests were so excited not to have to play games! You are missing out if you don't order your next party trays from Grazing Gouda - they are a huge hit! Check Grazing Gouda out on Facebook as soon as you can!

Amazing charcuterie!!

Alexis made a board for our baby shower and it was absolutely perfect! It looks beautiful and was so yummy. it was the talk of the shower. I highly recommend Grazing Gouda for any event!

Great Experience, Even Better Food!

SO impressive!

I could not be more impressed with Alexis and Grazing Gouda. Alexis has such an outstanding attention to detail and her passion for what she does shows through her customer care, and attention to detail. The presentation was beautiful, from start to finish she was professional, and it was worth every penny. We'll definitely be ordering again!

Delicious Experience


Wow! We had 3 large Grazing Gouda boards delivered to our house for a graduation party. The boards each had a yummy mix of fresh and dried fruits, olives, pickles, spreadable and hard cheeses, and a variety of meats, and each board was different. I have made my own boards before, but there was no way I could have made them so pretty. They were the hit of the party! So many compliments. I paired the boards with assorted crackers and baguettes from Le Quartier. I will definitely use them again for small to large events. Delicious!
