This will be lengthy but my honest review. If you are doing a wedding I would not recommend services. If you are having a birthday, or small event, I would book. My experience with Armoni left me in an awe. I usually try not to tarnish one’s business with a bad review but after the series of events, I just do not want another bride to experience what I had to. Armoni in the beginning was very professional and a good communicator. In my wedding day I was told she and the lady she brought was 30 mins late. I didn’t find out until later but the part that bothered me is the work. We hired her for 8hrs for videography and photography. Armoni knew in day one I had almost 50 people in my wedding party.

My wedding was July 22, 2023 and as of November 9, 2023 I have not received all of my items. I reached out multiple times regarding my items and it wasn’t until I sent the wrong text to her she responded. Per the contract, we were due our item 6-8 weeks from our wedding date. Between August and October I reached out numerous of times and was intentionally ignored. When she finally reach out, it was no apology or nothing. I received a defensive message regarding me blowing her up and what all she had to do. Now I’m very understanding when communication is had but I don’t appreciate being handled in a way that you act as if I’m bothering you. After that I received pictures and seen I’m missing a lot of pictures. I didn’t get the link to see there pictures until 11:30pm October 31, mind you we was supposed to had them back no later than September.

For 3 months the product was horrible. It look a hot mess. Weddings are suppose to be elegant and she turned my photos into a circus. She had no coordination. I emailed her a list, my coordinator printed her a list and my first photographer gave her a list and yet, she STILL did what she wanted. When I expressed the dislike, her response was nonchalant and saying she thought they looked nice. It look like a birthday party verses a wedding. I cried because I am NOT sharing those pictures. She said I wanted them being their natural selves and it showed she let them do whatever they wanted. No uniformity no symmetry. All I see is the side of people faces and back of their heads. She gone ask dont I like it….I honestly thought she was joking. No pictures of my guest hardly and the ones she have the back of their heads. My groomsmen cut out of pictures or the back of their heads. Nobody looking at the camera. The bridesmaids doing jailhouse poses nothing was anything we had discussed. To top it I’m STILL missing things.

I don’t care how nice she comes off, how professional just beware. I cannot get my moment back. Future brides please although the price looks good, spend that extra $1000-$1500 for elegance. As I stated for a large wedding or wedding period NO. When asked her about it, her response was take into consideration it was a lot of us, but ma’am you should have never took my money if it was too big for you. Book at your own risk for your wedding…..

Since my honest review, she has blocked me from her business page so people cannot see this review. If you are able tag her business page!!! Go as far to reach her google reviews. It’s so sad this the most interaction I’ve had with her. It’s November 13th and I STILL don’t have all of my items.
