Kelly was the first vendor we booked and was absolutely the best! We rescheduled our wedding three times due to COVID and Kelly was always so supportive, flexible, organized, the list goes on. She became more than a planner, I see her as a lifelong family friend now! My mom and I are very detail oriented and opinionated and Kelly did the perfect job of allowing me to make my own decisions but also stepping in with her guidance and expertise. She was the perfect balance between my mom and I. She was always on our side throughout the whole process. I could not be more thankful for having Kelly and could not recommend her more!

Kelly was instrumental in helping plan our daughter's wedding details. She kept us moving on each item in a timely way. She made sure nothing was overlooked. We are so lucky to have had Kelly in our lives for the past year and a half! We wanted a wedding planner and coordinator who was familiar with our venue. We asked our venue if they recommended anyone in particular and Kelly came highly recommended. When my husband and I first met Kelly, she was very kind, personable, knowledge, and willing to listen to our vision. My husband and I are the first born and so our families were unfamiliar with wedding planning. Additionally, we are both not from Atlanta and none of our friends or family members have gotten married in Atlanta, so we wanted someone who was experienced with Atlanta weddings. Additionally, our families do not live in the area. Kelly was the perfect match.
We had spoken to other wedding planners who made different rules about what they can and cannot assist with. What we liked about Kelly is her flexibility. We started with a certain amount of hours and built our way up once COVID hit ☺ Kelly was willing to assist us with things that are not so common such as our rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, favors, etc. Kelly was able to be flexible and help us according to what we needed. There were some things my husband and I were comfortable doing ourselves and some vendors we found ourselves, and other things that I needed more assistance with. Kelly was happy to attend meetings with me, make phone calls, and reach out to her network. Kelly was able to speak from her experience and give great guidance based on her experiences. The planning details she sent out included checklists, recommended vendors, inventory items, and other things to think about. It was so organized and made us feel like all of the wedding planning was under control.
When there were things Kelly may not have known, she was happy to take her time to investigate more and reach out to her network to make sure we were happy. When COVID hit, Kelly was nothing but calm and flexible to helping us postpone our wedding.
Our rehearsal went so smoothly. Most people in the wedding party have not been in weddings before and she answered all questions and gave clear directions. On wedding day, she made sure everything went so smoothly. Her assistant Rebecca was incredible as well. There were some hiccups on wedding day, our getaway car cancelled the day before, and Kelly handled it and found us another solution immediately. A clasp on my dress fell apart 30 minutes before the ceremony begun and Kelly and my mom worked together to fix it. I knew there would be hiccups on wedding day and I knew Kelly would come to the rescue!
Overall, Kelly was personable, kind, organized, focused, and worked with all vendors and guests professionally. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner and coordinator! Thank you!

Her prices are very reasonable and she provides a detailed menu of the services offered. I needed a Day-Of Coordinator because my venue did not offer one. I wasn't looking for Month-of Coordination, but ended up using those services as well which proved to be super helpful with COVID planning. In the months leading up to our wedding, Kelly went above & beyond by sharing her experiences with other bookings she had during COVID (any post-pones or cancellations for different guest counts), which helped us immensely. Kelly is extremely well-versed and well-connected in the Atlanta / Southeast wedding world and has a background in venue management & catering. Kelly answered all of my random texts & emails super quickly during the Month-of, covering everything from family dynamics to signage options. Kelly was invaluable during the Final Walkthrough - steering the meeting and asking all of the right questions to all of my vendors. On the Day-Of, Kelly & her team were efficient and quick at running the behind the scenes - almost like little wedding ninjas! Kelly & her team had to alter my wedding send-off props on the spot because the helium wasn't keeping the balloons up! Guests didn't know the difference, and honestly neither did I because I was busy having too much fun at my own wedding. Kelly & her team really take the stress off and let you live during the moment for your big day. We chose Golden Pineapple’s day of package, and from our first phone conversation, a year in advance, until the decision to cancel just a few weeks before the big day due to Covid-19, Kelly was a godsend. She responded to our many texts and emails immediately and provided us with great advice and suggestions on every topic from invitations to china and linens to meal selections. Most importantly, Kelly guided us with grace and patience as we made the heart wrenching decision to forego the big venue event (220 people) and have a very small intimate ceremony (15 people) at home. Circumstances prevented the postponement of the big day so Kelly helped us work through scaling down every aspect of the day. I can’t sing her praises enough. Kelly was an absolute delight to work with every step of the way!
