Definitely call GO Platinum transportation. They worked with me on a timeline for transportation for the day of the wedding and came up with several different options to work with me on cost. Brandi was the associate I worked with - she was very friendly and professional. A please to work with after contacting several others that were just not customer service pros. They did a FABULOUS job the day of the wedding. I couldn't have asked for better service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful limo, very responsive throughout the process. A real pleasure to work with. They were on time, professional, very accomodating and went well beyond our expectations. Very good pricing as well.

Everyone at Platinum was so nice to work with. We did not meet the shuttle driver as that was for our guests, but as far as we know we had no complaints. The ladies at the office are great at returning calls, emails, just overall great with communication.

Overall, we had a good experience with Go Platinum. However, during the process of getting transportation set up for our guests, we had some issues. Our first quote was way out of our price range, and for transportation that was bigger than what we needed. When we asked for the next step down, we were told it was an SUV and they only had one (going from a 24 person vehicle to a 7 person vehicle...). Based on their website, it seemed as though there were two options in between the original quote/vehicle and the SUV. It was not until I called and spoke with Brandy that we were able to get what we needed/wanted and in our price range, Brandy confirming that there were two other options. Brandy explained that while her name was on the emails, she was not actually the one sending them out. We were able to get things set up, and everyone arrived on time and in the right place. We also used them for our limo ride, while it was expensive for the distance we were going, it was worth it.

We hired Go Platinum Transportation to bring guests to/from our welcome drinks event, and to/from our wedding day. The timing all worked out really well and all of our guests made it to the events on time, for that we are very grateful!! We had to go through many rounds of invoices to get the correct timing listed on our invoices (we knew this was what the drivers would be using for their timing/directions, so we wanted it to be perfect), which could be a bit frustrating, but it all worked out perfectly in the end.
