I got married in May of 2024 and used Gilded Social for my dream dress and veil. Tanya was able to special order my gown due to her immense connections within the bridal industry. Getting measured was easy, she took the time to walk through all the options such as split sizing and what would work best for my body type, as well as making me feel comfortable. She made sure I understood the delivery timeline and alteration timeline, allowing everything to come in with plenty of time.

Tanya has treated me as family throughout this entire process! She hosts dinner parties at her house for Gilded brides and is genuine through and through. She even offered to come to my wedding the day of to make sure everything was steamed and fitting just right for my big day! My dress and wedding were a journey she truly cared about, and she even surprised me with the most incredible gift on my big day! Gilded social is perfection! I found my dress at Gilded Social and Tanya made the whole experience feel so magical! Tanya worked hard to find the dress that not only fit my body type, but my personality too! It was a serendipitous moment when Tanya said “after getting to know you these last two hours, I can’t stop thinking about this one dress. It isn’t at all what you had envisioned originally but fits your energy perfectly.” She could not have been more right, as she found my dream dress that day! I also appreciated everything she did to support me throughout the process, including pressing my dress on the wedding day, delivering the dress to my venue, holding onto the dress for me during the year and taking it to my alteration’s appointments for me! She connected me with her seamstress Mary Ellen who made the dress fit me to a tee. I have loved being a part of the Gilded Social family from that moment on and I love that I got to buy my dress from such an incredible woman-owned business!!!

To start, the one-on-one approach you get from the start of this process makes it unlike any else. From booking my dress appointment Tanya reached out and had me send her dresses I was interested in trying on. She knew which one had been my absolute favorite so we tried that dress on FIRST and sure enough it was the winner! I love that Tanya stands behind the fact that trying on the favorite/top pick dress first. We continued to try on dresses and I even chose a second one for my reception because I loved it so much. At Gilded Social, your opportunities for customization are almost endless. Depending on the designer, you are able to customize and make the dress fit your exact vision, before you even step into alterations! We did custom sizing, which basically makes the dress fit better from top to bottom. My veil was almost completely customized by me, with Tanya’s help and guidance. We were able to add a blusher and order extra lace fabric that we had Mary Ellen add in alterations to the front of the veil, for a complete custom look. It felt amazing to have a hand in that process.
Now after having such an amazing dress appointment experience I knew I had to book Tanya’s wedding day styling services. I cant stress this enough, she saved the day SO many times!
I had already hired a wedding planner, and having Tanya was still absolutely necessary! She was able to communicate well with all vendors, making the experience ahead of time super simple for myself.
Tanya arrived the morning of the wedding to help steam and prep all dresses. She had even kept my 2 dresses stored because I did not have any room to store them myself. She brought two mannequins to display my dresses on for photos which was absolutely amazing to see! From getting ready to walking down the aisle, Tanya had everything covered. She went with us to the first look to help with my veil, she had everything to help in emergencies (fashion tape, wipes, deodorant, mints, you name it- she had it covered). She was able to help me with my dress and veil as well as my super heavy bouquet. She helped the entire wedding party with their dresses/suits, was able to tell the groomsmen which button to have undone, etc. Basically everything you do not want to think of/stress about as a bride, she had covered!
The wedding day would not go as smooth as it did without Tanya. I truly cannot express how amazing of a job she did at my wedding. If you made it this far, you might as well just book her!!

Tanya went above and beyond to find the matching veil to my discontinued designer bridal gown. After being rejected by multiple bridal salons throughout the US, we found Gilded Social/Tanya who was able to reach out to the designer and have the discontinued veil handmade for us.

Behind the scenes, Tanya worked tirelessly to make alternate arrangements to have the veil made when the original shop it was being created in shut down due to COVID. She made sure everything was in order for us to get the veil in time for the wedding despite these unforeseen circumstances. She stayed in touch with us every step of the way to keep us informed on the progress.

The veil arrived in perfect condition; it was gorgeous and better than we even imagined!!

Gilded Social was absolutely wonderful to work with when selecting bridesmaid dresses for my wedding! With 11 bridesmaids, and the majority living out of town and in different states, Tonya and Brit made the process seamless! Brit really listened to my vision and brought it to life with the colors and texture I wanted. They worked with each girl to ensure they had accurate dress sizes and arranged for delivery for those out of town. The dresses were gorgeous and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Since the wedding, I’ve been back to order dresses for special occasions!

A main priority for me when I began my wedding planning was to use as many as I could, if not all, locally owned and operated vendors. A social media search lead me to Gilded Social. I saw that not only was it local and woman owned but that its focus was on the Bridesmaids which is very rare! Their website was filled with information to answer all my questions and I was able to conveniently make an appointment online. When the day arrived, my ladies and myself were greeted with an enthusiastic team who listened to what my vision was as well as the limitations I laid out and then curated their selections based on us. This was no easy feat as I had a lot of requests! Additionally, as we moved through the process they answered each question directly and with all the information we needed so we could make an informed decision (IE Delivery times, alteration costs etc). We were able to pick a gorgeous dress that fit all my wishes and looked beautiful on all my bridesmaids! The ladies of the shop did all the heavy lifting during the ordering process such as getting measurements, coordinating pickups and troubleshooting any issues that popped up. The ladies of Gilded Social gave me a warm, unique and stress free Bridesmaid Dress experience as well memories that I will cherish forever. Due to a series of events I was a week away from a wedding and in need of a new bridesmaid dress. Tanya was amazing, she pulled a TON of sample dresses for me in the color I needed and even helped make sure I was able to get the dress altered in time! The shop has so many options, that it was no problem finding a great dress for any occasion - I’ve purchased a made to order dress before from here for my anniversary and it was such a hit as well. There’s a reason they are THE fancy occasion shop. I will definitely be coming back in the future whenever I have a fancy event to go to!

Being a bride in 2020 was far from easy. It was full of canceled invited, plans and heartache. One thing I knew I never needed to worry about was the dresses. Tanya and her team made it SO easy for me. When two of my three bridesmaids backed out just 4 days before the wedding Tanya called me and asked how she could help. The team went through their whole store to find any dresses that could match my color scheme for my new bridesmaids. Given the time constraint Tanya hand hemmed the dresses for my girls. It was over the top service. My wedding would not have been such a dream without the gilded squad

My daughter was faced with a wedding day emergency. Due to state mandates and new COVID restrictions, two of her three bridesmaids dropped out on Wednesday. Luckily we were able to find replacements. Tanya Hartman from Gilded Social saved the day! Tanya brought several dresses in the style and color of the original dresses and a sewing machine. The new women were able to pick a dress they liked and Tanya hemmed them for us. She brought a portable steamer and she made sure all the dresses including the bride’s dress were pressed and beautiful. During the picture taking, Tanya also made sure that everyone’s hair was in place and clothing hung perfectly. Sometimes photographers look for faces not being in shadows and that everyone is visible but they don’t have time to worry about hair and clothing.
Tanya made it so I, as the bride’s mother, could just enjoy the day. Worth every penny to have her there.
