My experience was very good. When I found out my now fiancé went to Geoffrey to look at rings:

At first, I was a little disappointed because it’s so far from where I live haha. But I made the drive anyway because my fiance's friend said Taylor created a profile for her.

When I got there and told them her name, Jillian knew exactly who she was. She asked my price point and showed me all the rings my fiance looked at, the rings she liked the most, and rings that were similar. She even showed me new arrivals that had not yet made it into inventory. I was very impressed. it cleared up all the questions I had.

When my card didn’t go through because it was such a large purchase they accommodated me by staying open a tad later so I could call my bank (about 30 min). And they even offer a MILITARY DISCOUNT!

The perfect diamond was set, and the ring was polished in about 24-36 hours and ready for pickup.

When I picked up the ring, we talked about wedding bands. They even sent me away with a bottle of celebratory champagne.

Now that my fiancé and I both have a relationship with them I couldn’t see going anywhere else. Fast, easy, exactly what you want, and no pressure to spend more and more money like most jewelers.

the small floor space made it a cozy environment and all the staff was very nice and helpful. it certainly had me wanting to hang out a little longer just to chat with them
