Gayle is an amazing woman, she is so very talented and honest. Her prices are very reasonable!

Gayles made my banana Wedding Cake. The tasting process was the best part! Irene, the wedding cake coordinator was a little less flexible on what they could or could not do for the cake in re guards to what filling could go with which cakes and which frostings could be used and what flowers could be used. The price of the cakes she quotes in the tasting include basic flowers (I.e. roses). I requested succulents but this was not included in the price, and a discount is not offered when you bring your own flowers. You also can not bring flowers from a nursery as they may contaminate the cake with bugs. I ended up getting succulents from my florist and dropping them off to Gayles for the cake topper. I never saw the cake when it arrived at my wedding site (I paid for the delivery services), but My wedding coordinator did say that she needed to add a few more succulents for the look I was going for. In the end my guests were happy with the taste of the cake.

Ordered ordered an expensive cake with buttercream frosting got a cake with some type of coconut frosting for a special event it was so unbelievable when I called and left messages for this lady she didn't even have the nerve to return phone calls in addition the place is gross I would definitely recommend visiting and having a look around before using this lady but then again there's no guarantee you'll get what you paid for or requested
