Excellent Service

We worked with Gastrotruck for our wedding reception food. We were wanting a more casual, hors-d’oeuvre feel to follow our sunset wedding. We had a great tasting with them, and felt strongly in supporting this small business. Catherine was extremely helpful when talking over room layout for guests, as food service was a little different style + COVID. We made some last minute food changes, and her verbal descriptions matched what we saw on our wedding day which was really impressive. They were really easy to work with and we had no issues come up with them. I heard rave reviews from the guests regarding the food. They were thoughtful enough to set aside a little snack for my husband & I to have as a late night snack, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for making our wedding day special!

Amazing wedding experience

My wife and I loved working with Gastrotruck on the catering for our wedding. We used Gastrotruck for our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding reception (appetizers, dinner and late night food). All of the food turned out amazing and the day of service was very well executed. We received tons of compliments on the food!

Everyone at Gastrotruck very responsive and flexible as we were forced to significantly downsize our wedding at the last minute - from reworking our entire menu to going the extra mile to serve our food in the safest way possible - Gastrotruck partnered with us every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better catering service experience!

Amazing! Taco bar was a huge hit!!

We had Gastrotruck do a drop-off taco bar for our wedding and we're so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of it. The tacos were a lot of fun and they include a lot of great toppings. They set up the buffet beautifully and were on time, professional, and did a great job. We worked with Nina and she was super helpful, responsive, and answered all of our questions. She was very up-front with pricing and helped us figure out everything from quantity, dietary restrictions, timing, etc. Overall us and our guests loved the food, the price was very reasonable, and they were great to work with!

I cannot say enough about our experience working with Gastrotruck! They absolutely blew us away and went above and beyond an expectation we ever had. My husband and I planned our wedding from Seattle, and they were more than accommodating, planning two separate tastings for us and our families while we were back visiting. Beyond that, Moe was so responsive to every little question that we had and even drove the 1.5 hours to our venue before the wedding to scope it out and make sure that everything would run smoothly. Most importantly, the food was delicious!! It was so important to us to have unique, delicious food at our wedding, and the fact that it was all locally sourced added so much to that. The best part is that they were able to serve all 150 of our guests in quite literally the blink of an eye. If we could do it all again, Gastrotruck would definitely still be our #1 food choice. They've made lifelong fans and customers out of not only us, but our friends and families!

We recently used Gastrotruck to cater our wedding reception and they were amazing to work with!! Catherine worked closely with us to come up with a menu of simple (yet delicious) food truck fare for a casual (non-sit down) dinner at the Day Block Event Center. We choose to serve braised beef brisket and red lentil sliders with sides of beer cheese nachos, Yukon Gold potato salad and a kale slaw. Everything tasted amazing, and we got wonderful feedback from our guests about the food. We also contracted our bartenders and servers through Gastrotruck and they were professional, friendly and effective. I would definitely use Gastrotruck again for an event, and will be a regular at their food truck around town!!

We were blown away by our dessert bar. SO TASTY. Everyone loved it.

I really enjoyed working with them because they did everything custom made for us. They even let us come up with our own cupcake flavors. I provided all the stands and so on that we had made and they decorated the dessert table.

It was fantastic. :)

Working with Gastrotruck was great! We first tasted their food during one of the art crawls, it was absolutely delicious! After learning from our friends that they had booked Gastrotruck for their wedding we followed suite. Working with Catherine was amazing. We tasted a lot of options for food and bounced ideas off of each other on our menu and what would work for us and our guests, we are so happy with how everything turned out! And our guests cannot stop raving about the black bean burger! Catherine also helped us out with rentals - tables, linens, chairs, heaters, etc. and we are so happy with how everything turned out!

Gastrotruck did an amazing job with our wedding! Moe was very organized and worked really hard to make sure our wedding came together how we wanted, including meeting with us multiple times before the wedding. The food was wonderful! We go so many compliments on it and even some of our fussier relatives liked it. Using the truck makes it more casual and fun, which is what we were going for, but they will do plated or a buffet as well. Gastrotruck uses local and organic ingredients, which is very cool, but also means it is a little more expensive than you might think from a food truck. We were so, so happy with the service and most of all the delicious food!!
