We are an on premises brewery, where you and your wedding party can come and create your own Bridal Ale. We have over 60 recipes to choose from ranging in price from $150 - $185, and our friendly, knowledgeable staff will guide you through the process. Each batch of delicious, fresh beer makes 13 gallons, or 6 cases of 12oz. bottles. Two hours to brew, two weeks to ferment, and you'll have your own beer for your wedding. Wine kits are also available, which are from vineyards all over the world with grape specific and location specific varieties. Wine kits produce 28 bottles of wine, which are ranging in price from $165 - $235, and we'll show you how to assemble them here. It only takes 10 minutes to assemble the kit, then 6 - 8 weeks for the wine to ferment here at our facility. Bottling takes about an hour for either wine or beer, and you can either bring your own bottles or buy new from us. Bottle caps and corks are included in the price.
