We couldn't have asked for a better band for our Aspen wedding in October 2022. Wedding guests told us it was the best wedding band they'd ever heard. Before the wedding, Funky Business was very easy to work with. They handled all the sound equipment for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. We had a couple song requests for our first dance, father-daughter, and mother-son dance. They mastered all 3 songs and made them their own. They played beautiful music for the ceremony and upbeat jazz music for our cocktail hour. They were on time and set up everything ahead of time with no stress. Most importantly, they brought the house down for the reception. The dance floor was full all night, which was a testament to Funky Business's skill and energy. They played a wide variety of hit-after-hit that was perfect for our multi-generational crowd. They included friends and family, passing around a tambourine and the microphone throughout the night. To anyone that is looking for a band for their wedding, we can not recommend Funky Business enough.

Rae and the entire Funky Business Band is great to work with. As a wedding planner, I really appreciated their communication, understanding of wedding day flow, and positive attitude. They make sure guests are having a great time and create a memorable experience. I could tell how much they care about the wedding going well! Rae even suggested a photo opp for all the guests. They put on a GREAT performance and I will definitely be recommending them to my other couples. 5 stars!!

We are SO happy that we booked Funky Business for multiple different reasons. First, the music was incredible!! We went with the full band and we are so glad that we did. All of the musicians are very talented and have great stage presence. They played so many of our favorite party songs and they had all of our friends and family up and dancing all night! They also do a great job of interacting with the crowd. And they totally crushed our first dance song- “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”!

Second, Rae is the friendliest and easiest person to talk with. My partner and I are not the most organized people and Rae helped is with SO many things!! Funky Business helped us with our timeline, provided the PA system for our ceremony (my cousin played live guitar), they emcee’d our whole reception and they helped us problem solve when the weather unexpectedly changed (typical CO)!

We had the best wedding day ever and Funky Business played a big part of that! Book this band!!
