Order for 250 business cards was never fulfilled after almost 2 years. On January 23, 2012 I sent payment by paypal to Fresh Impression Letterpress Studio, LLC in the amount of $357.75 USD for 250 letterpress business cards. On March 23rd, 2012, the business owner fulfilled half of the order and then virtually disappeared. He stopped responding to emails and calls. Finally, on August 26th, 2013, almost 17 months later, he reappeared, apologized and insured he would finally fulfill the second half of my order. Now, on December 5th, 2013, I have yet to receive anything. Despite my attempts to contact him, he continues to ignore my emails, yet I can confirm he is still in business because he still updates the status of his Facebook business page.

It's a shame that I can't recommend doing business with this company because they actually do excellent work. When a business owner takes your money, then blows you off, then apologizes, then blows you off AGAIN, that business should be avoided at all costs.
