I was exceptionally pleased with the services provided by the people at Freedom a la Cart. The planning process was wonderful, the food outstanding, and the service on the day of my wedding was so friendly and professional. Tabitha did a remarkable job as the director, and the new chef masterfully adapted the menu my groom and I had chosen. Not only did the folks at Freedom a la Cart do a wonderful job with the food, but they also did a phenomenal job with helping set up and decorate the Palm House at the Franklin Park Conservatory for the ceremony and reception. They were so eager to help, so polite, and very sweet. I am EXTREMELY glad I asked them to cater my wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone's wedding. I had many, many compliments on how wonderful the food was. Thank you, Freedom a la Cart!!!

It was so important for me to be able to use this catering company that it was number one on my requirements for my venue, that they would allow outside catering. Freedom a la Cart served really unique food and my guests were very impressed. The staff was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with leading up to it, and on the day of, the service was great. They were also very flexible and got creative with my budget, which was relatively small.
What's awesome about this company is that they use local and organic ingredients whenever they can. In fact, I didn't even know the exact ingredients of the salad they served at my wedding until pretty close to the event, because it changes based on what's local and freshest, etc. which was fine by me. I also got great reviews from my vegetarian guests on their option, and they even provided a gluten-free option. They also do great vegan food if you need it.
Now to the heart of the freedom a la cart, which is what attracted me in the first place. They train, educate and employ women in Columbus who are re-entering the workforce and society after a program of rehab and recovery from human trafficking. So they not only have GREAT food and GREAT service, but it's for a GREAT cause? Too good to be true, right? I was so glad I picked them.
