Tesa was awesome. Very quick and did an amazing job. Was able to fix my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I don't wear makeup much and she did an excellent job at making me look beautiful but natural.

I really really hate to leave such a low review but I have to; if at the very least it helps them better themselves as a company or help a bride make a decision.
Full disclosure: I eloped in the mountains, therefore, I didn't/couldn't have a trial run as most brides do which may have a slight hand in the way things turned out. Keyword: slight.

In a nutshell:
-Late arrival, delayed ceremony, lost all sunlight for our photos
(Scheduled start: 5pm. Actual Start: 6pm. Scheduled Ceremony: 7pm. Actual Ceremony: 7:30pm)

-Makeup/Hair Unsatisfactory
(Wanted a laid back sort of messy waves look and got a very "prom" style)

-Unclear communication from Salon regarding payment/supplies
(credit card # was took over the phone weeks prior then was told it was cash only after all was said and done.
Wanted false lashes but nobody told me I had to bring my own, so no lashes)

The stylist was very nice but she just was not listening to what I wanted. I didn't even look like myself when I was finished and I had ZERO time to fix anything so I just had to go with it. So disappointed.
