Denise, from Flowers of Rome, provided the flowers for my daughter's wedding this weekend. All I can say is "WOW"! What an amazing gift she has! The flowers were beyond gorgeous. Denise was a little early and quickly got to work with the different floral arrangements. This was no easy task because the ceremony site was on one side of the property, and the reception was on another. Regardless, Denise worked diligently, and pulled it all together flawlessly! My daughter hasn't stopped talking about her beautiful flowers. The quality of her work was amazing, and her passion for what she does is unmistakable. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! She was a huge part of my daughter's beautiful day, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a florist!

Flowers of Rome went above and beyond my expectations. Denise, the owner, was super friendly and answered all my questions when I needed. When my flowers were delivered the day of the wedding I was blown away by how georgeous they all were and they even smelled great! Even after the wedding was over I kept the bouquets for almost 3 weeks before I finally had to discard of them. The freshness of the flowers was awsome. I highly recommend Flowers of Rome for any occasion!

This florist did not provide anything that I asked for. I asked for no roses, I got roses. I asked for simple, I got over the top- and charged that way too. We had a meeting scheduled that she was very late to and pushed back the other bridal meetings I had that day. She wasn't professional in the fact that she did what she wanted instead of what I asked for.

Do not use flowers of Rome! When we arrived the morning of my wedding, she simply shrugged her shoulders and told me she forgot my order. She managed to pull some things together in time for the wedding, but it was nothing close to what we discussed. Very unprofessional. Highly unsatisfied.

Out of all the vendors at my wedding, I this is the ONLY business where I had any sort of issue or misunderstanding. Communication was very one sided, often only replying "got it" to details and changes I would send her. When she sent me the order form for my flowers, it was completely incorrect. She sent me the "correct" one a few days later. As a paying customer, she made me feel like I was in the way and bothersome. The poor written communication skills and incorrect order forms were only the beginning of a terrible experience. I didn't receive the correct COLORS of flowers. I requested deep red/marsala roses to be in all of my arrangements (bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, etc.) I made this request at our consultation and via email. This request was even written at the top of the order form. However, there wasn't one deep red flower anywhere to be found. Not in one single arrangement. I ordered, and PAID FOR roses at my ceremony. I requested greenery garland at the altar and down the aisle, with lots of texture and colored roses. There was NOT ONE FLOWER in my ceremony. I sent photos of what I wanted, and even corrected her when this wasn't listed in the order form. She added the flowers to my order, increased the price, but didn't actually bring or add the flowers?? I ordered and paid for 13 deep red rose boutonnieres. Guess how many I received? FOUR. Oh yeah, they were white. At the consultation, I requested gold vases/containers for the centerpieces. She showed an example of the gold containers that she had, and I agreed to rent them from her. All of the centerpieces she brought to my wedding were arranged in cheap, SILVER, plastic containers. They didn't match one thing at the reception. I requested flower dainty flower crowns with spray roses.I got flower crowns, but with no flowers in them. All of these issues could have been resolved with communication. I would never recommend her. My experience and her professionalism? LAUGHABLE.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a vendor of any kind. First off, setting up a meeting with this lady is impossible. In fact, to this day, I have never met her. But, I figured, how hard can it be to put together a simple bouquet of fake flowers? So I emailed her the photos of what I wanted and didn't worry about actually meeting with her. I specifically told her during our first couple of conversations that I didn't need a bridal bouquet because I was doing a brooch bouquet on my own. I wanted magnolias - just magnolias - for the bridesmaids bouquets and for the boutonnieres. Initially I didn't order corsages. A couple of months later, I touched base with her again and, again, she asked that I send the pictures. When I told her that I still wanted the same ones I had sent her before, she said she couldn't find them. So, I just forwarded her the emails from before. A month before the wedding I emailed her just to check in and she if she had any questions for me. Her response - by email - was "Yes I have questions. Call me tomorrow please." My first question is - if you had questions for me, were you planning on calling me or were you just waiting on me? But again, I tried to remain calm and I called her the next day. I started to panic when she said, "So can you send me pictures of what you're thinking of?" I, again, told her that my ideas had not changed, to which she responded, "My computer crashed so can you text them to me?". The question that we're all still asking is....why not just access your email from another device? And, you were clearly on your email when you emailed me to tell you to call you so why not look at our past emails then? But, I humored her and text them to her.
