When I first came to Gerry, I had no idea what kind of flowers I wanted for the wedding.
My colors were mocha, mint green, and ivory, and my friend had suggested doing a pop of orange in the flowers to really make them eye-catching. Other than that... *shrug*
In a few simple questions, Gerry was able to capture what type of person I was (clean lines, not frilly; simple, not elaborate, etc.) and find the perfect flowers for me. The flowers were what I was most excited about for the wedding (other than my husband, of course!), and she did not disappoint.
The bouquets were stunning! White lilies, green orchids (I just loved these), and white tulips for my bouquet, orange tulips for the bridesmaids. And she made the flower girl to match with white freesia & orange day lilies for a miniature mimic of the bridesmaids' bouquets.
The ceremony flowers were every bit as beautiful as the bouquets, corsages, & boutonnieres. She embedded our unity candles into a lovely arrangement on the altar, and I nearly burned myself with hot candle wax admiring how beautiful they are.
Gerry was a little more expensive than some of the other vendors I priced, but she was worth EVERY PENNY. I will never use another florist again.
