Fleur de Lis Gourmet Bakery was founded in the fall of 2010 by Jason Brewer and Allen Weger. The business acquired Fleur de Lis Gourmet Cakes & Pastries from Robert Walters and Doris Ann Lang that November.

Jason, having worked for Walters for the previous 6 years, learned his craft as a pastry chef during that time. He developed his own expertise at creating European-inspired cakes and pastries during this time and continues today to create and produce new delectable confections to delight our loyal customers.

The bakery has enjoyed huge success since that November, growing at such a rate that in two years, we had to find larger digs to serve our customers and give oft-requested space to sit and enjoy our treats.

In November 2012, we moved up the road to Courthouse Plaza and opening our new pâtisserie providing a pleasant environment to sample our baked goods while enjoying coffee, espresso or other beverages with jazz in the background.

Jason and the staff at Fleur de Lis continue the tradition of producing the best dessert and special event cakes on the MS Gulf Coast while committing themselves to provide world-class customer service equal to our product.
