Facilities and Capacity

As each couple and their guests walk into Five Willows, they’re met by a gorgeous open hallway with a traditional chandelier elegantly floating overhead. This style sets the tone throughout the venue’s interior and exterior. For cozy and intimate indoor wedding ceremonies or receptions, the property's Great Room is ideal for a comfortable event with little stress. Featuring high ceilings, luxurious furniture, a classic fireplace, and large windows, the bright and light area can be transformed and configured to a layout that best suits each couple’s preferred style. Alternatively, the event’s barn is a large and beautiful private area that is best suited for receptions or ceremonies. Refurbished to a high standard, this modern barn features several windows and has been decorated using natural colors to allow couples to design and style the barn to suit their desired color scheme. The event barn can accommodate up to 250 guests. Additionally, for couples who love the outdoors but still want the benefits of all modern amenities, the venue’s outdoor Pavilion is a gorgeous 3,500 square foot and perfect for summertime celebrations. The Pavilion features a concrete pad with a decorative sidewalk, beautiful lamp posts, a wood-burning fireplace, and a simply phenomenal view of the large pond and spectacular water fountain. The open plan Pavilion can be configured in a variety of ways and can host up to 400 guests. Couples can also rent the property’s entire lower level of the B&B. The space can hold up to 100 guests and includes a basement with a full kitchen, access to a large outdoor area under a covered balcony, a fireplace, and a movie theater.
