All of our guests couldn’t stop raving about the variety and quality of the food!

Dale and Theresa were phenomenal to work with. They were both attentive and eager to figure out how to make food that fit our budget and tastes. At the actual event at the Morning Glory Inn in Pittsburgh, PA, dozens of guests asked about the food and called it by far the best wedding meal they'd had. I HIGHLY recommend Fish Hawk Acres - they were amazing in every way.

Dale, Teresa, and their team were INCREDIBLE!!!! My husband is chef (and is particular about food) and he was very impressed with Dale and Teresa! The food was made from scratch and delicious (although delicious does not seem to completely describe the amazing food we had). My husband said "This is not typical wedding food, this is food you get in a 5 star restaurant!" He customized the menu to exactly what we wanted. Served "Farm-to-Table." We enjoyed their services for both wedding day and our rehearsal dinner. Aside from the out-of-this world food, Dale, Teresa, and every single server we interacted with was SO very sweet and kind!! We are so very pleased for the service and food they provided!! Just about EVERY guest commented to us about how delicious the food was.

First of all, Chef Dale is an amazing human being. We truly enjoyed talking with him and working with him. Also, his food is INCREDIBLE. We received so many compliments on how awesome the food was, and our coordinator told us that we had a lot less food left over than they usually do, so you know everyone enjoyed it :) Chef Dale can make everything and anything you could want. We had tacos, pierogies, cabbage rolls, flank steak, gourmet mac n cheese, salad, roasted vegetables, roasted red pepper soup shots with mini grilled cheese for appetizers, butternut squash arancini balls, BBQ chicken and plain cheese pizza, and warm apple crisp with ice cream for dessert. We did a small ceremonial cake just for pictures too, but it was also quite delicious (and I am not a dessert/ cake person typically). Chef's staff were all really great, and even working with his administrative staff was super easy. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a caterer that your guests will rave about!

Fish Hawk Acres is THE BEST! Our food was incredible. Our guests are still talking about the food! They have so many options to choose from, and are definitely not your cookie cutter caterer with only a few menu items. Everything was delicious, they are very affordable and easy to work with!

Fish Hawk Acres was easily the best decision we made for our wedding (other than each other of course). Their staff was phenomenal, both during the planning process and the wedding itself. Chef Dale took the time to really understand what our tastes were and develop a menu that fit us! Our tasting was a highlight of the planning process because Fish Hawk Acres worked very hard to make sure we really loved the food at our wedding. Chef Dale is so kind and we could really tell how much he cared about us and our wedding. So many of our guests made a point to tell us that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Everything Fish Hawk made us was delicious and we wish we could have it everyday!

What an incredible vendor. The entire Fish Hawk Acres team was above and beyond our expectations in service, quality, and professionalism. The food was spectacular-- truly the biggest hit at our wedding. We had lasagna, tortellini soup, salad, and appetizers... all fresh and tasty and presented beautifully. The team was very attentive and so friendly. I would recommend Fish Hawk Acres to anyone in the WV/PA area looking for delicious, fresh, beautiful food served by an unbeatable staff. So glad we had them do our wedding!

We loved Dale and his team at Fish Hawk Acres! He was recommended to us by our venue (the Morning Glory Inn). Our wedding was being held in Pittsburgh, we lived in Columbia SC and their headquarters are located in Buckhannon WV. It was a little scary to get everything done, but Debbie made everything run smoothly for us. We met at their restaurant in Buckhannon to go over the initial plans. They had a few things for us to taste to give ideas and everything was delicious. We had a lot of emails about different things. Then for the formal tasting we had the ability to meet in Pittsburgh or Buckhannon. Everything was easy and amazing. Our guest loved everything there was to eat. Not to mention we had great leftovers!

Dale and Theresa were more than amazing to work with . They made our wedding menu very unique and probably the best thing of the wedding ! Everybody raved about the food all night long , it wasn't your "typical " wedding food because it was so delicious with many options and plenty of it ! We actually got sent home with left overs bc they made so much ( which was incredible to enjoy the food again once the wedding was over ). I was so pleased with the presentation of the entrees and deserts . Would definitely recommend Fish Hawk Acres Catering to anyone looking for Homemade, Organic food that people are sure to talk about long after the events over :)
