Finger Lakes Limousine and Coach were so easy to work with and made transportation on our wedding day so seamless. Jennifer was so communicative from the office and our driver was there on time and very flexible when driving around the bridal party to and from the ceremony, photo locations and reception. Cannot say enough good things, thank you again!

Fingerlakes Transportation was organized, accommodating, and had great pricing. They were also great at communication and keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process. They only have smaller shuttles, which has pros and cons when you’re trying to plan wedding shuttles, but they’re upfront about all of their options in the beginning. We had a difficult route and schedule given that we had multiple hotels and guests all over the place - Fingerlakes transportation was great about this and got all of our guests to the wedding on time with no issues (that we’re aware of).

That said, on the day of, one of our bus drivers was very rude to multiple people in my family (and me personally) from the second she picked us up. I'm not sure if she felt stressed about the schedule or was having a bad day, but on three separate occasions (very early on the day because it was when she picked up the bridal party at the house to start), she was short and rude to three separate people. It was the first time I even interacted with her at all - and it was just me asking if I could throw something out on the bus on my way out to the ceremony, so I'm not sure what we could have done to upset her, and she continued to be rude even after she backed into one of the cars in the driveway (which we didn't even give her a hard time about). I didn't hear anything negative from any of the guests, so hopefully she wasn't also rude to anyone else, but I just really don't understand what could have caused her to be rude to three members of the wedding party for no apparent reason. The other bus driver seemed pleasant enough, so hopefully the rude one was just having an off day (or Fingerlakes Transportation no longer uses her if it was a consistent problem).

Calls go straight to voicemail to weed out spam calls, office manager Jen was highly unprofessional. Ended up canceling and going with another company. This was for a birthday party, not a wedding.
