Amazing, fresh food, top quality, and Heidi is super professional. For our wedding, we didn't want plated food, so she created several items, lobster sliders, perfectly cooked scallops, and more. Everyone was amazed that she could make all this wonderful gourmet food right out of the food trolley. I didn't have to think about any of it!! Heidi whipped it all together on short notice and I am so thankful we found her. Truly a hidden gem on Cape Cod.
