We had our wedding in October 2023 in Cabo. The day before our wedding we met with them and discussed what pictures/the overall vibe we were going for. Wedding day they were super helpful and great to work with.

A couple weeks after the wedding we were hoping to get a couple "sneak peek" photos as that's what most photographers do in the US but we did not receive any. We were obviously super excited to see our wedding photos and were hoping for a preview. We received the pictures weeks later and they were at best... okay quality. Colors of my bridesmaids dresses being edited different colors, very blurred photos, odd angles. I had high hopes for some specific pictures which were not achieved. There's many photos that don't look professionally edited at all. I ended up re-editing almost every photo. We were super disappointed that we received only 200-300 photos. Then our video arrived 3-4 months later with the wrong wedding date on it. I asked for the date to be changed and they still haven't responded with the correct date video. The quality of the video and music choice was great, however it looked like it had been edited on a phone app (font, overall look.)

Overall, these were fantastic people to work with and very helpful. We just had higher hopes for the quality of the photos and attention to detail for the video.
