Sally initially came across as very nice and passionate about her job, and she was highly recommended by people who've worked with her. While my makeup trial with Sally went pretty well, my wedding day was a very different story. Sally provided services for me and eight others. Everyone - including me - had a terrible experience. The first time Sally did my makeup it looked nothing like what we did during my trial and I quickly asked her to redo it. After I was done, I had to go back and ask her several times to fix pretty basic things, like evening the eye shadow and the eyeliner, completely adhering my eyelashes, fixing the blush, etc. In the end, everyone including me ended up almost completely redoing their makeup as everyone was shocked by the poor quality of her work. Many of my bridesmaids commented that Sally seemed like she was "out of it" during their service, mentioning that she was telling confusing stories, closing her eyes while she applied makeup, walking away in the middle of a makeup application, etc. She also ran out of lipstick and failed to fix many of the things she should have done properly the first time. What upset me the most was when I went to ask Sally to fix something right before I put on my dress, she sighed and said "this is a disaster" and then walked away. She packed up and left the room without even doing final makeup checks on anyone, including me. While no one wanted to ruin what was otherwise a fun and perfect day by complaining to me about their makeup, every single woman who received makeup from Sally later came to me to share their experience. When I did share this feedback directly with Sally, she deflected all of the comments and then later sent me very unprofessional photos of herself. As much as I enjoyed Sally as a person the first time I met her, I would not recommend her services to anyone.

I was messaging this makeup artist/ Vender, it was going really well. I was at work and still trying to keep up with plans. Out of no where I get a message saying unfortunately I don’t think I’m a good for you! Like what the hell. Obviously not worth anyones time or money if they want to respond to me like that not even knowing me.
