Amazing Day-of-Coordinator!

We were on the fence with hiring a day-of-coordinator, but we are so happy we decided to hire Alicia for our wedding! She definitely made our day run smoothly, and if there were any issues, we didn’t know because she handled them. She did anything and everything from providing an emergency bag full of anything we may need, to running out to pick up our lunch, to setting up and tearing down our decorations. Alicia also met us for our rehearsal and made sure we were all comfortable with the walkthrough before calling it quits. She is so easy to work with, so sweet, flexible, professional, and a problem solver. We could not recommend Alicia more, she really was the backbone of our event! The peace of mind is worth every penny!

Excellent Event Coordinator

Alicia is a pro when it comes to coordinating events. She has planned dozens of events for me over the years that have all run smoothly and profited me 6 figures, each. She has even spoken at my events. She truly does it all from - setting up webpages, creating order forms, designing the VIP night, booking the VIP events, booking team travel, communicating with attendees to ensure they're prepared for the event, speaking on stage, running registration, acting as event concierge, ensuring all forms are ready, and more. You won't find a harder-working event planner with such a vast skill set. If you're looking for a jill of all trades, Alicia is the one for you!

Wonderful!

The best!

Alicia was super helpful! We needed a little extra help with coordinating set up, clean up, and run rehearsal! Along with keeping my fiancé and I hydrated and fed and happy. She honestly made our day so magical because we got to spend time enjoying it instead of worrying about all the details!
