We first got in contact with Erik in summer of 2022 as we started trying to lock down venders for our early fall wedding in 2023. Even during our initial interview with Erik, we felt like we were talking to an old friend. He is pleasant, professional, enthusiastic, and has an innate ability to make you feel at ease... and those are all incredibly important qualities in a wedding photographer. Despite not being "engagement picture people", we met up with him to take them a few months after signing the contract. We were so impressed with his ability to make two very camera-shy people feel not just less awkward having our photos taken, but actually able to enjoy it. He had "sneak peeks" back to us incredibly quickly and our whole gallery was delivered well before the contracted date. While we were impressed with his timeliness, we were even more impressed by the quality of the photos. We were so thrilled with the outcome. As wedding planning carried on and became more stressful, it was a relief to know that we had Erik signed up and that we had one less vendor to worry about. He was easy to communicate with as the wedding got closer and on the day of, he was on time and ready to go. I don't think he stopped moving even once for the entire duration of the day - he made sure to capture absolutely all of the important moments and details. He was a calming presence when it started raining right before the ceremony, he was a commanding presence during family portraits, and he was a ton of fun the rest of the time. Once again, he delivered pictures so quickly and we absolutely love them. Long story not-so-short - I can't recommend Erik enough. He did an amazing job and we look forward to being able to reminisce over his photos of our day for a lifetime.

Erik was an outstanding photographer! Not only did he get the photos I requested but everyone adored him! He was able to direct people for every photo, was professional but very funny, and had different angles to give us a good variety. The photos were returned very quickly and looked absolutely stunning! He captured the emotion perfectly for every shot without interrupting or even being noticed. He was very accommodating for multiple needs and stayed in contact the entire time. I highly recommend him for any event, he has a magnificent eye and talent.

We connected with Erik through simply eloped and we couldn't be happier. He was super fun, personable, made us feel relaxed and honestly we had a blast. We got married in the sawtooth mountains and he was excellent on helping us find the best time and location. We couldn't be happier with how our pictures turned out.

Erik was the most professional photographer we contacted when searching for vendors. Not only was he professional he was easy going, funny and quick! Everyone kept commenting on how awesome our photographer was and how beautiful our pictures turned out :) highly recommend!!

Erik is AMAZING. My husband and I searched and searched for a photographer - as soon as we saw his work we knew we NEEDED him to photograph our wedding. He captured the candid and posed moments but also had the most artistic eye. We love the way he plays with shadows and lighting.

Erik has a knack for capturing the details, finding spectacular light, and editing to perfection.

He had fantastic communication leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, he got every single shot we requested ~ and more ~ & fit right in with our wedding party. He even inconspicuously reminded our officiant to ask the audience to be seated during the ceremony. He found a beautiful first look location for us on-site, and pulled us aside for some sunset photos in the most wonderful light during the reception. I would hire him over and over again.

Erik did an amazing job with our pictures, we look at them all the time still. He got all the beautiful candid moments at our reception and wedding, we will cherish them forever.

Eric took our bridals in a BLIZZARD! Was so helpful making sure we had the best shots. On out wedding day took more pictures than I thought of and captured every moment. I would recommend him to anyone. And hope to use him in the future with family pictures.

I have absolutely LOVED my experience with Erik. I had a lot of things in mind for what I wanted and how I hoped things would go and Erik has gone above and beyond. Not only meeting my expectations, but exceeded them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
