My wedding was super small and we rented two 15 person vans to drive from our pick-up locations (hotels) to the beach. We chose Pfeiffer Beach as our ceremony venue (run by the USFS), and they let us have the wedding at this beach during peak tourist season (March through October summer time) ONLY if we limited our cars to 2 vans because the parking lot is small and the beach is now super popular. So we rented two vans and got full coverage on them in case something happened at the beach since the roads are tiny and California drivers are crazy. I booked our vans 5 months in advance I believe. They wouldn't let me prepay until 2 days before the event, but they did let me come in so the bride didn't have to go in on the wedding day, YES! They let me have two drivers, my dad and my friend, with no extra charge. Our vans were ready, clean, worked great, and they didn't care about us taking a bit of time to refuel. Great experience.
