Ms. Nikki was great and I love the topper and bouquet holder. I am still waiting for professional photos to come back but I loved these two pieces so much I plan to place them somewhere in our home. Order shipped on time even though I was slow to respond when it came to confirming the designs(sorry). I would definitely recommend Enchanting Moment.

Everything was absolutely beautiful and when Nikki ran into a stump she found a way to make it happen and did her best to keep the stress off of me (she takes her job very seriously). HORRIBLE!! Do NOT order from this website its a scam! I made the mistake of ordering a Monogram cake topper (letter R). After I placed the order i was immediately charged and received an email receipt saying it would take 4-6 weeks which I thought was a bit crazy for a letter R but I had the time. Six weeks went by and nothing, I emailed 4 times and NO response! With less than 2 weeks until my wedding I had to quickly find a cake topper somewhere else! I am so disgusted with this company and service and I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge, since I was charged for an item I NEVER received. How dare they charge without having any intention to fulfill the order placed!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I never received any info about the status of my order.
Item was never shipped.
