Emerald Beach was one of the most affordable options for a resort wedding on the island. Every room has ocean view. The beach is amazing and kept up so well. Probably some of the best hotel staff I have had. All staff seemed to love their job and produce quality work every day. We had 36 total guests there, so I have a pretty good idea of many opinions about the resort. Every guest was in love with the beach here. I liked the restaurants as well on site. I highly recommend this resort!

We loved Emerald beach resort and all of our guests said it was the perfect place for all of us!

We chose St. Thomas since its both a tropical Caribbean oasis and also a "U.S. territory" during the Covid pandemic. Overall we are happy we made this choice ! Linda and her staff did a great job! Linda was so quick at responding to emails/texts and makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process. She's very knowledgeable and is quick to resolve issues or concerns. Christa was our onsite coordinator and she was lovely to work with and handled everything beautifully ! They both have worked together for a long time so they are experts at destination wedding ! This venue is actually one of the most affordable options on the island. Don't let the negative reviews on Emerald resort deter you away from this option because my family and I enjoyed our stay there that I'm still getting text messages about wanting to go back. The reception at Emerald was awesome. We chose the Caribbean Buffet food option for our guests. They loved it so much they got up for seconds and thirds! If you're looking for extreme seclusion, this may not be your option. I didn't mind since everyone cheered us on from their hotel balconies and it was such a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. I'm so happy we chose this venue. I'm still dreaming of my wedding experience as I'm typing this in my work office. Wish I can go back and re-live it all ! We plan to go back for our 1st anniversary!

With the exception of 3 planes taking off during our ceremony, the weather was great and the rain held off until after the service.

The staff were excited and helpful, making sure that I was contacted the moment my room was ready for my early check in.

The guests visiting the beach were respectful of our space and happy to congratulate us.

Overall a pleasant experience but a little bummed out about the early beach closures on the weekend due to COVID. But out of our control so, we just went to the pool.

The beach ceremony was everything I could have ever dreamed of! Linda is a rockstar! She took care of everything: food, DJ,officiant, and all of the above! I didn’t have to worry about a thing! The staff at the hotel was beautifully accommodating and treated me like a princess on my special day and the whole stay! Highly recommended!

Emerald Beach Resort is the perfect setting for a truly magical, intimate wedding. We feeI very blessed on our decision to get married at the Emerald Beach Resort and that is because of Linda Mason. Linda Mason of Heart and Soul Unions is phenomenal. She has the unique ability to make you feel like you are old friends. Her availability and attention before during and after our wedding was exceptional. She coordinated every aspect of our wedding from hand delivering our application to the Court House! Before we even stepped foot on Saint Thomas she made us feel like we were the only people of importance to her. She is calming and relaxing, capable.... her whole team is so nice, and accommodating as is everyone at the Resort. Our wedding was like a dream come true thanks to Linda, we can't thank her enough.

How do I even begin to describe my experience? One word AMAZING! Linda Mason was the biggest help I could have ever asked for. From planning in the states a year ago up until the big day she was there to answer any questions I may have had. There was a change in venue last minute due to some closing, but Linda made sure I wasn't worried about space and made sure I knew everything would still be great. With the weather ever changing she decided to move the reception inside to their Hibiscous room and it turned out beautiful. I gave her all the tools needed for decorations and she took it and ran and made the reception look absolutely beautiful, I could keep going, but I'm going to end with this, thank you Linda for all of your work and effort into making my day beautiful! And the food was great!!!

Linda, Jenni, Allysa and the rest of the Heart & Soul staff were exceptional from day one. From our first introductory email to the last hug when she went out of her way to drop us off at the airport, they treated us as if nothing else mattered. We had an awesome experience and I only hope that all brides get the attention that Heart & Soul gave to us.

was made completely stress free by the staff everything went smoothly everyone was so helpful and accomidating to our specific requestes the location is beautiful we had a fabulous time with the photographer he was especially helpful in helping us make long lasting memories
