The Embassy Suites by Hilton can host weddings from 20 to 600 people in our various Ballrooms. Our beautiful Atrium provides the feeling and experience of an outdoor ceremony but with the indoor benefits of climate control. The Ballroom boasts high ceilings and can be transformed using different decor items to fit your wedding reception vision. There are bridal suites available to get ready ahead of the ceremony. Couples will enjoy a complimentary premium suite at the hotel the night of the wedding. You can host your ceremony and reception at the Embassy Suites and any other wedding event, such as the rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, and engagement party. There is ample complimentary parking available on-site.

You will work with an experienced wedding specialist throughout your planning process and on the day of the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. Embassy Suites by Hilton provides full-service catering and bar services for your celebration. We have excellent wedding menu packages with plated and buffet-style dinners that include options with hours d'oeuvresd', a hosted bar, and a champagne toast for everyone at one convenient price.

We can also work with the in-house Chef to create a menu, complete with dessert, that fits your wedding style and food needs. Reception options range from plated or buffet-style dinners to food stations, hors d'oeuvres, or a cocktail reception. Bar services can include hosting an open, limited, or cash bar with signature drinks and much more. The ballroom will be set up for your reception by our banquet staff just as you imagined it and then taken down when the event is over.
