Ellie made the most amazing cake and dessert package for our wedding. To start we had apple cider, donuts and lemonade before the ceremony that were a hit! We also went for the Viennese Hour but off course when its your wedding you don't get to eat anything so at the end of the night Ellie had packed us a special container with a couple of everything. And then the cake....she has so many options, it was so hard to choose but we went with a layer of carrot with cream cheese filling, a layer of chocolate with cannoli filling, and a layer of white cake with raspberry filling- all of them were to die for. The design was also beautiful and she dyed our icing orange to go with our halloween theme. And we got to take home all the left overs! But three days into the honey moon we ate all the left over cake and couldn't resist so ended up eating out cake topper too!

I used several of Ellie's services at my 9/30/17 wedding. Our venue had enough rooms for me and my husband and our immediate families to stay on site for the whole weekend. Ellie provided a wonderful breakfast for us the morning of the wedding. It was so worth it for us to not have to leave for breakfast. She provided us with coffee, tea, champagne with various juices, quiche, hoagie rings, bagels, fruit and veggie platters, and more. It eliminated one more element of stress the morning of the wedding. We also hired her to provide non-alcoholic beverages for our guests to enjoy before the ceremony, as our bar was not open until cocktail hour. It was great for everyone to have something to sip on during the ceremony. She made us a beautiful and delicious cake for the reception, as well as some gluten free cupcakes for my guests who couldn't have gluten. She even left us a plate of cake by our bed to enjoy as a late-night snack. And she put all of our leftovers in our fridge/ coolers for us. We can't wait to taste the cake again on our one year anniversary! Thanks, Ellie!

Upon walking in after a wedding ceremony this weekend Elliegant Cakes had a beautiful Non Alcoholic Beverage station on an elegant display. As a guest it was awesome to be greeted by a crisp and refreshing drink on an amazing display. Later the cake which was a yellow cake with fresh strawberries in the filling with a light whipped topping was absolutely amazing. The cake was moist and the fruit had a little crunch meaning it was fresh fruit! I was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience! (Worden/Grandolfo wedding)

I had a beautiful 3 tier cake just the way I imagined it! It was beautiful! She was so kind and sweet. Made the cakes just the way we wanted them and the taste! Oh my it was the best tasting cake I had EVER had!!! I ordered another for my anniversary, and have full intentions to order more for more anniversaries! The taste, the style, the beauty and elegance will not disappoint!

I have never seen so many people wait in line for the wedding cake, usually everyone is too full by then, but we had friends and family members waiting in line for seconds on cake it was that good! Ellie was a fantastic person, made us the ideal cake and even accommodated my gluten allergy. Could not have had a better wedding cake lady!

Instead of a traditional wedding cake, we chose to offer many different varieties of deserts. Ellie had many exciting choices such as (all home made) cream puffs, sundaes, fruits, and the best of all a "too much chocolate, chocolate truffle", the hit of the evening. We also had many different flavored mini-cupcakes, so of all the 120+ guests attending, there was something pleasing for everyone....and plenty to choose from

Hot Damn Ellie can bake! Not only was my wedding cake beautiful, I also had guest say it was the best wedding cake they've ever had. She is the preferred vendor at Mountain View Manor and I can totally see why. She was there from the moment I arrived at the venue and helped with anything I needed even if it had nothing to do with dessert. She also puts together awesome baskets for the bathroom for purchase, and I'm so glad I got them! (My bustle broke before dinner from being stepped on and safety pins to the rescue!) She made sure I had dessert packed up to bring with me because as the bride we all know doesn't really get a chance to stop.

We chose different flavors for each layer of our cake - each was delicious. I brought Ellie a low-quality internet picture of a cake design I had in mind and she nailed it. She worked with our florist to get fresh flowers for the cake that would go with our theme.
Ellie was on-site at the reception to make sure everything was set up perfectly, then packed up some desserts for us to have back in our bridal suite. The cake topper she saved for us only made it a day before we devoured it.
I gave only four stars on responsiveness, but in fairness, Ellie said from the beginning she was tough to get ahold of, that I could feel free to leave detailed messages, and that she'd take care of things - and she did!
The Viennese table was also fantastic - I made some special requests for desserts not on Ellie's traditional Viennese list and she agreed to do them without hesitation.

Ellie definitely lived up to her reputation! Her cakes and desserts were absolutely delicious and beautiful!! We presented her with a picture of a cake we loved and she was able to capture exactly what we loved about it while incorporating live flowers as the cake topper! She also offered a Viennese Table as part of the dessert at our reception, where she provided house-made pastries - cream puffs, death by chocolate bites, and assorted cookies that our guests couldn't get enough of! Not only did she make the best cakes and desserts, she was also very helpful throughout our reception and is so very sweet! Thanks Ellie!!

As you can see from the title, Ellie does it all! She started her day with us around 5am setting out breakfast for our family and bridal party at our venue, Mountain View Manor in Glen Spey, NY. Ellie and her team created a spread that included bagels, breads, muffins coffee, juices, salads, and sandwiches. She also ensured that everything was cleaned up before our photographer and guests came. While our guests arrived and after our ceremony, Ellie set up a hot cider bar with breads and muffins. Our guests and family loved the hot cider, especially because it was a bit cold for our ceremony. Ellie decked out the restrooms at our reception so that our guests would have EVERYTHING that they could need, and many items they didn't know they needed. Our night ended with guests receiving apple cider donut holes from Ellie as our favor. We loved working with Ellie because of her warm, loving conversation and thoughtfulness.
