Bruce did a great job on my wedding, arriving to set up in plenty of time despite the pouring rain / flooded streets. I initially booked him for the ceremony only, which was early (11am). He set up three stationary cameras in the church in accordance with the church's photography policy (which he was familiar with, having filmed there before) and brought a young assistant for an additional vantagepoint. He also placed a microphone on the groom's jacket, which was not visible during the ceremony or in pictures. They were both very professional and did not attract attention away from the formality of the service or block the single aisle. They were also very flexible that day, as the ceremony started and ended late due to the rain.
A few weeks before the wedding, Bruce contacted us to check that we were sure that we only wanted the ceremony filmed (not the reception as well), which we were. Apparently, he had another client interested in booking with him later that evening and he wanted to give us the opportunity to extend our contract with him before considering working with a second client - very professional!
At the end of the ceremony, he took his time breaking down his equipment (which still only took a few minutes, as he had most of the equipment cleaned up before we began taking the formal portraits at the front of the church) and wished us congratulations. He edited the video to include shots from the different camera angles and the different microphones. We had our beautifully edited ceremony video in our hands within two months!
