Lissa makes the most delicious and beautiful cakes! I have never tasted a wedding cake so soft and mouthwatering. Not only are the tasty, but Lissa is a great artist. She took my vision and created exactly what I was looking for. We had numerous compliments on the look and taste of the cake. It was so good that there wasn't ANY left over, and we had three cakes!

Lissa is an amazing baker! The wedding cake and groom's cake were both incredibly beautiful and they turned out just as I had pictured them! They were also very delicious, I got comments all afternoon about how good the cake was! The cake was also an incredible value, it was the best I found in town and her cake tasted and looked much better than her competitor's!

Lissa was phenomenal to work with and delivered beautiful cakes each time for our pre-wedding and wedding celebrations. We worked with Lissa long distance as I am in Southern California and my daughter is in the Fort Collins area. Lissa worked with both my husband and Ashley to design the specifics for her wedding cake for the day of the celebration and a groom's cake for the wedding rehearsal. We also had Lissa design a cake for one of the bridal showers using the creative "barbed wire" design in "chocolate brown" for the cakes. Every cake was absolutely delicious, held up perfectly through the celebrations, and were as beautiful as they were delicious. Lissa is truly a remarkable professional with a willingness to work closely with the client to create one of a kind cakes to fit the occasion. We would use her services again in a heartbeat!!

Lissa did a wonderful job with my cake. I actually met her from doing a wedding at the hotel I worked at. I loved the cake the couple had. I scheduled a tasting of which is was very hard to pick b/c everything was so good! We then looked through a book with pics of cakes she has done, and then we created my own cake. It was great to walk into the room and see the cake of my dreams sitting on the table! Lissa was also wonderful with helping how much cake to get, she didn't want us to get to little or to much... :) THANKS!!!

Our experience with Elegant Creations was wonderful! She really took the time to make sure of what we wanted. The cake turned out WONDERFUL and she was dedicated to giving my husband and I a great experience from beginning to end. We celebrated out 1 year anniversary a couple months ago and were given a brand new cake for our 1st anniversary (sure beats freezing it for a year!).
