David Dennis Jr. and E-Flat are elite!

We wanted our reception to be elegant, so we knew we were not going with a DJ. We found E-Flat on Wedding Wire and then decided to follow them on social media to see what they were like. Everything we saw and heard was jazz festival quality. We booked them months in advance and the communication and response time were great.

We had so many comments about these guys and how amazing they sounded. Including two people who want them to play at their upcoming events. One of my friends is still talking about them and is planning on following them on all socials as well. The reception was at The Peak at Edison and hearing the music while standing out on the balcony talking to our guests made for such a nice ambiance.

My husband and I hired E-Flat Jazz Band to play at our wedding reception and what a great decision that was! My communication with the band leader, David was outstanding. He was so professional and responsive. The band rocked all day and night and our guests loved it. Guests were dancing and having so much fun. These gentlemen and so talented and artistic. They were the perfect touch to our big day.

Mr. David Dennis, saxophonist and Mr. Kenston Henderson, keyboard player performed at the State of Ohio Combined Charitable Campaign Kickoff in the Rhodes State Office Tower Lobby. The event included a charity information fair and program speakers. The mood of the lobby was transformed by the sounds of the music being played. The live performance brought energy and a spark of celebration to the kickoff. We received such a positive response from employees that we have been asked to conduct a mid-campaign event to keep the momentum moving forward.

An important note, after having heard Mr. Dennis perform at an Ohio Statehouse event the week prior we called on him with very short notice when our originally scheduled band was unable to perform. Mr. Dennis was responsive and provided a quick turnaround when contacted. We look forward to booking Mr. Dennis and Mr. Henderson for future State of Ohio events.

The gentlemen were flexible with my wedding singer and they were able to work out their own schedules which allowed me, a the bride to not worry about that facet of my special day.

David Dennis was incredibly flexible in difficult conditions with little notice for the 50th anniversary event commemorating the March on Washington along with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. In extreme heat, Mr. Dennis performed extremely well and fit in perfectly with the other dignitaries on stage: Reverend Joel King, Jr. (cousin of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.), David Jehnsen who was the leader of the Chicago delegation attending the 1963 March on Washington.

For days after the event, Mr. Dennis brought attention to the commemoration as his saxaphone playing was featured on radio and television segments bringing positive remembrance to a significant moment in our nation's history.

Job done with excellence. Everyone enjoyed the performance at the event.
