I traveled at least twice a year and EEFY Travel has been doing all my bookings for the last 3 years and each time is a great experience. The agent was great, always available for questions and impromptu meetings. The care that was taken to make my day even more special will never be forgotten.

I use this travel agency for my trip to DR for my cousin's wedding I worked with Jamila from beginning up until the day of travel and I must say, I had no troubles or worries. Everything was well planned out we were well accommodated once we landed from the transportation, to main reason for the vacation the wedding everything that we ask for prior to getting there Jamilla made it happened!!!

When I graduated from College in 2012, I used E.E.F.Y. travel to help me find a trip wish that would be unforgettable; and full of fun and laughter. My Consultant, Mrs. Martin booked a four days cruise to the Bahamas, my party consisted of roughly 12 people. Her services were outstanding, may I say. Each person had to pay $700, which consisted of round-trip airfare from NY-MIA, four days on the cruise in which we visited two islands, all you can eat, round trip transportation from airport to Port of Miami. In my opinion $700 dollars was very affordable, especially for the month of June. Mrs. Martin was always available for questions, attended my meet and greet in which everyone was given a printed itinerary's and goody bags(def a plus). The reminders in which, she sent out to the those attending the trip was helpful, it helped everyone keep up with their payments. I was so pleased with my services, that I'm using her again to book my trip to PR in Nov. First time using a travel agent and I'm happy I choose Mrs. Martin.

My husband and I recently used a EEFY Travel agent for a friend of ours wedding in Punta Cana. To make a long story short we struggled with getting responses promptly, we also struggled with making our reservations and it wasn't until I contacted the hotel directly (which defeats the purpose of having a travel agent) that we were able to finalize our booking. When we booked the trip with them we only booked the hotel since we took care of our own flights, when we booked we made sure to get travel insurance if anything were to happen. It turned out that the trip was during Hurricane Matthew but since our flight wasn't canceled we decided to still travel, well once we got to the airport we weren't able to make it on our flight due to flights being over book from the hurricane so we called to cancel our hotel with EEFY travel. At first they stated that "they" could only refund half of our trip amount, we then asked them who "they" were and we were told the hotel themselves. We then contacted the hotel and we were told we were entitled to our full refund since we paid for the travel insurance but the travel agent needed to cancel the trip for us. After almost two months of fighting for our money we received the majority of it although they still didn't give us the full amount, we understand that we don't get the travel protection money back however we didn't even receive the full amount with that protection out as well.
I think it's pretty obvious that we do not recommend EEFY Travel this was our first and last experience using a travel agent although I'm sure there are good ones out there.
