Yummy Food

We are so glad we went with them! While we were getting ready you could smell the food cooking. When dinner was ready it was amazing! They were great to work with and would definitely recommend.

Very fleixble and kind!

The folks at Dutch Oven Den were wonderful- we had to cancel our wedding because of covid-19 and they reissued us our refund quickly. They exhibited so much empathy over the phone and you can tell they truly care about their customers. We were so sad not to be able to eat their delicious food but we want to thank them for their flexibility and kindness!

LOOK NO FURTHER, DUTCH OVEN DEN IS THE ANSWER TO YOUR PRAYERS. I just had Dutch Oven Den for my wedding, and by far the biggest compliment I had on my wedding was how good the food was. I think I got showed up by my catering! It's quality comfort food that doesn't make you feel sluggish afterwards. Not only was the food amazing, but it was so fresh. Sandy and Wayne showed up to make it onsite and it sure showed. All of that aside, Sandy and Wayne were by far the easiest people to work with. Even as I kept changing things they were so easy going. I will forever and always recommend Dutch Oven Den for any catering need! If only they'd cater date nights.

We got married in the middle of nowhere Idaho - no electricity, no running water available, no problem for them! Additionally, me made specific requests for the food - add this or don't use that - they just said "sounds good" every time. Extremely friendly and kind! Lastly, food portions were awesome! People were able to get seconds and thirds as desired - no one walked away hungry!

I would highly recommend The Dutch Oven Den to anyone looking to have an event catered. They provided an increadable meal at a reasonable price. They were flexible on the menue and worked hard to accomidate our needs. We supplied the venue and tables and they provided the rest,
The food was deliscious, served hot, and looked appealing. Wayne and Sandy are friendly and personable.
The wind and altitude made it hard to attain the heat needed to cook the meal, but Wayne was prepared with a secondary heat source and was still able to finnish the the meal in time to eat, Thanks to Wayne and Sandy for making the rehearsal dinner a success.

Dutch Oven Den is a fantastic company! They are so friendly! We loved that their course came with cobbler and ice cream, we didnt have to deal with a huge wedding cake for our 200 guests. They even waited to serve it, until we did the cake cutting at the reception! Our guests told us over and over how great their meal was! Some went back for more!!! Wayne and Sandy are the best!!!

I do not have enough good to say about Sandy and Wayne at Dutch Oven Den Catering! Not only were they so easy to work with, but their food was AMAZING! So many of our guests raved about the food, and literally said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. These two went above and beyond to make our special day perfect, and we cannot thank them enough. They were amazingly nice and their prices are totally reasonable for what they do. It was a pleasure working with them! I only wish we had some leftovers to enjoy the next day! I would recommend them to anyone! THANK YOU!

Dutch oven was all the talk during dinner at our wedding. Their on site cooking had everyone's mouth watering before the ceremony began. Perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth, ribs and wonderfully tender chicken. When my venue changed a month before the wedding and guest numbers plummeted, they still worked with us:-) I never thought I would say this but the food was one of the best parts of the wedding. Yum!

This couple made my wedding meal fabulous. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sides were a perfect addition. The peach cobbler at the end was just the perfect touch. The owners were so easy to work with and deciding what meal would be served is simple and quick, I'd choose them again any day.
