We looked at trollies to rent to give our guests a safe ride home, but holy cow! 1 trolley held about a quarter of our wedding guests and they were about 1000 dollars a pop! We decided to rent school buses for half that price, and each bus could hold 55 people! A steal. Who cares if it's a school bus, guests will appreciate the ride home, they were A/Ced, the let us decorate them, and they were prompt and clean, and guests could be DRUNK and take drinks on the bus with them. Everyone wins!

Why spend $1,000 for a limo when your guests can ride home in an awesome school bus! We got the suggestion to use a school bus for our wedding shuttle from a friend who did the same thing. I called Durham, which has bus companies all over the country. Their prices were HUNDREDS of dollars less than local "elite" bus and charter companies. Our guests loved being shuttled back to the hotel in a school bus. It was great and SUPER cheap! ($175 for two trips).
