Ryan truly knows how to treat his clients he recently produced an image spot for my law firm snd just knocked it out of the park. Everything was organized, professional and tons of fun. I have to say Ryan will be my media guy indefinitely. Don't go to anyone else folks ! I've worked with a marketing firm out of Morgantown and they have nothing on Ryan and his genuine passion for his craft .

BEWARE!
Let me just say the next contact made after I'm finished here is to the Better Business Bureau. I was fortunate to be in my friends wedding back in Sept which was at a beautiful location n would be considered a photographers dream! Well to begin with, these "photographers" caused the wedding to be pushed back more then an hour b/c of them being ridiculously late! Now it was a holiday wkend so traffic was heavy that day.... But every other vendor was on time! The DJ even started playing before he was contracted at no extra charge so while the guest n wedding party waited for the photographers to finally show up.
Once they arrived there was no apologies, seemed like it was a bother for them to even be there.
The wedding went on but was noted by the Wedding Cordinator (who does 150+ Per yr) that she had to direct them on what photos to take (I.e. Might be a good idea to take a photo of the bride and her parents?!)
The BIGGEST mistake was paying these crooks in full at the end of the night! When the photographers were contacted by the newly weds about 6 wks later inquiring about their photos n video, they received a lame response as to the progress of everything. The most disgusting ex of Unprofessionalism was after that when the bride and groom became growingly impatient about where their paid for product was n what was taking over 10 wks now to be sent out to them. The response they received was a threatening response! They were told if they did not "back off" that their video and photos would be destroyed and they wouldn't see any of it.
About less then a week ago there were 60 photos sent to the bride that looked as if they were taken with an old Polaroid camera and no video to speak of to this day. The photos were a joke. It's embarrassing that photos from the guest phones were better then the quality of their professional photos. Thank goodness we all have a clear and vivid memory cause that's all we have to work with.

Our wedding was in September 2015, and by the 2nd week of December later that year, I was struggling to comprehend why we hadn't received our photos yet. I am a rather patient person, but based off of the HANDSOME amount we paid them coupled with the fact that they were several hours late to our wedding, I could not understand why we had not received our photos. I do understand transportation issues occur, but the fact they were so late indicates poor planning more than anything else. It was a wedding, not a simple birthday party.
When they did arrive, it seemed they were less than apologetic. Their equipment was quite nice, but their demeanor was more condescending than professional.
Past that, we waited several months for a finished product with little to no communication during this period of time. We even went as far to mention legal action if we did not receive the photos. There honestly came a point in time where I was not sure whether I would ever see these photos.
When the photos did come, we received a single flash drive. No physical copies. No glossy finished portraits. A flash drive. And furthermore, many photos were missing from the final collection. The photos were nice, but I failed to see something new cell phone technology could not accomplish.
I do not have anything personal against this business. I'm grateful for the pictures I did receive. But alas, it was still not worth the money paid. Not even close. I would advise extreme caution when proceeding with this business. You only get one true special day. Leave it in the hands of those who understand this irreplaceable value.
